Claims (8)

  1. 시스테인 또는 시스테인 유사체에 대한 내성 및 L-아르기닌 생산능력을 갖는 코리네형 글루탐산-생산 세균을 배지에 배양하고, 배양액에 L-아르기닌을 축적시키며, 여기에서 L-아르기닌을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 L-아르기닌의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 시스테인 유사체가 S-에틸시스테인, S-메틸시스테인, S-2-아미노에틸시스테인, 호모시스테인, 시스테인산, 호모시스테인산 및 알릴글리신으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 코리네형 글루탐산-생산 세균이 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum), 코리네박테리움 아세토 아시도필룸(Corynebacterium acetoacidophilum), 코리네박테리움 릴리움(Corynebacterium lilium), 브레비박테리움 플라붐(Brevibacterium flavum), 브레비박테리움 락토페리멘툼(Brevibacterium lactofermentum) 또는 브레비박테리움 디바리카툼(Brevibacterium divaricatum)종에 속하는 제조방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 세균이 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 H-7096(FERM BP-1823), 코리네박테리움 아세토아시도필룸 H-7092(FERM BP-1820), 코리네박테리움 아세토아시도필룸 H-7093(FERM BP-1821), 또는 코리네박테리움 아세토아시도필룸 H-7117(FERM BP-1822)인 제조방법.
  5. 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 H-7096(FERM BP-1823)의 생물학적 순수배양액.
  6. 코리네박테리움 아세토아시도필룸 H-7092(FERM BP-1820)의 생물학적 순수배양액.
  7. 코리네박테리움 아세토아시도필룸 H-7093(FERM BP-1821)의 생물학적 순수 배양액.
  8. 코리네박테리움 아세토아시도필룸 H-7117(FERM BP-1822)의 생물학적 순수 배양액.
