Claims (30)

  1. 약 28,37,120 또는 200킬로 달톤 이상의 겉보기 분자량을 가지고 아메리칸 타입 컬춰 콜렉션(American Type Culture collection)에 기탁번호 HB 9707 내지 9712로 기탁된 하나 이상의 모노클로날 항체와 특이적으로 결합하는 에이메리아(Eimeria) 표면 항원의 면역반응성 및/또는 항원성 결정소 하나 이상을 갖는 단백질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제15도에 나타낸 아미노산 서열을 갖거나 이의 작용성 등가물인 단백질.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제17도에 나타낸 아미노산 서열을 갖거나 이의 작용성 등가물인 단백질.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제19도에 나타낸 아미노산 서열을 갖거나 이의 작용성 등가물인 단백질.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제21도에 나타낸 아미노산 서열을 갖거나 이의 작용성 등가물인 단백질.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 청구된 단백질을 암호화하는 DNA서열.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제14도에 나타낸 뉴클레오 타이드 서열 전체 또는 일부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 DNA서열.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 제16도에 나타낸 뉴클레오 타이드 서열 전체 또는 일부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 DNA서열.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 제18도에 나타낸 뉴클레오 타이드 서열 전체 또는 일부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 DNA서열.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 제20도에 나타낸 뉴클레오 타이드 서열 전체 또는 일부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 DNA서열.
  11. 제6항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 청구된 DNA 서열을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 재조합 벡터.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 재조합 벡터가 적합한 숙주 유기체에서 DNA 서열의 발현을 지시할 수 있는 재조합 벡터.
  13. 제11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 폭스바이러스(poxvirus)벡터인 재조합 백터.
  14. 제11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 이. 콜라이(E.coli)벡터인 재조합 백터.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, PEV /2-4인 재조합 벡터.
  16. 제11항 내지 15항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 숙주 유기체.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 재조합 벡터내에 함유된 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 단백질의 암호와 DNA서열을 발현할 수 있는 형질전환된 숙주 유기체.
  18. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 단백질에 대한 항체.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 모노클로날 항체인 항체.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, ATCC HB 9707, HB 9708, HB 9709, HB 9710, HB9711 및 HB 9712로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 모노클로날 항체.
  21. 제1 내지 5항에 있어서, 포자충증에 대한 가금의 면역화를 위한 단백질.
  22. (a) 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 단백질을 암호화하는 DNA서열을 함유하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 숙주 유기체를 DNA 서열이 발현되는 조건하에서 배양하고, (b) 배양물로부터 단백질을 분리함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 단백질의 제조방법.
  23. 공지된 방법을 사용하여 제11항 내지 15항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 재조합 벡터로 숙주 유기체를 형질전환시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제16항 또는 17항에서 청구된 형질 전환된 숙주 유기체의 제조방법.
  24. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 단백질 하나 이상 및 생리학적으로 허용되는 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 포자충증에 대해 가금을 보호하기 위한 백신.
  25. 제13항에 따른 재조합 폭스바이러스 벡터를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 포자충증에 대해 가금을 보호하기 위한 백신.
  26. 포자충증에 대해 가금을 보호할 수 있는 백신의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 단백질의 용도.
  27. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제22항에서 청구된 방법에 의해 제조되는 단백질.
  28. 제16항 또는 17항에 있어서, 제23항에서 청구된 방법에 의해 제조되는 형질전환된 숙주 유기체.
  29. 상기에 설명한 것과 같은 발명.
  30. 포자충증에 약한 어린 가축에 제24항 또는 25항에서 청구된 백신의 유효량을 투여함을 특징으로 하여, 포자충증에 대해 가금을 보호하는 방법.
