Claims (12)
- 허니코움 코어체(1)로 구성된 배기가스 정화장치에 있어서, 상기 허니코움 코어체(1)이 금속판으로 만들어진 평판상 밴드(11)과 다른 금속판으로부터 만들어진 파판상 밴드(12)를 접촉관계로 서로 포개고, 다음 이렇게 포개진 평판상 밴드와 파판상 밴드를 다층 와선형으로 서로 감으로써 형성되고, 그안에 배기가스 정화 촉매를 운반하기에 적당한 다수의 망상-패턴축 가스 흐름 통로(13)을 정의하며, 허니코움 코어체(1)이 감겨진 중심축을 따라 다음 공식을 만족하는 외부 직경의 원통형의 빈 공간(14)를 정의하는 것을 특징으로하고, 여기서 φ1: 허니코움 코어체의 외부직경이고 φ2: 원통형의 빈 공간의 외부 직경인 배기가스 정화장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 장치가 원통형의 금속 케이싱(2)를 더 포함하고, 허니코움 코어체가 적어도 즉시 감겨지며, 허니코움 코어체의 가장 바깥 주변 표면이 원통형 금속 케이싱(2)의 내부벽과 결합되는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 허니코움 코어체(1)의 내부 주변벽이 금속제 원통(3)위에서 지지되는 장치.
- 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 금속제 원통(3)이 허니코움 코어체(1)의 감겨진 중심축의 방향에서 적어도 허니코움 코어체(1)의 일부를 따라 확장하는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 허니코움 코어체(1)의 내부 주변벽이 적어도 하나의 금속제 보강 리브(4)에 의하여 지지되는 장치.
- 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 금속제 보강 리브(4)가 십자형인 장치.
- 청구범위 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 금속제 보강 리브(4)가 허니코움 코어체(1)의 감겨진 중심축의 방향에서 적어도 허니코움 코어체(1)의 일부를 따라 확장하는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항과 제3-7항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 허니코움 코어체가 그 안에 고정되는 금속 케이싱(2)를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 허니코움 코어체(1)이 금속 케이싱(2)에 고정되고, 허니코움 코어체(1)의 내부 주변벽이 금속제 원통(3)에 의하여 지지되며, 적어도 하나의 보강 리브(41)이 금속 케이싱(2)와 금속제 원통(3)사이에 배치되는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 그의 감겨진 중심축을 따라 동일한 외부직경(φ2)의 원통형의 빈공간(14)를 정의하는 복수의 허니코움 코어체들(1)이 금속케이싱에서 적당한 간격으로 배치되고, 각 허니코움 코어체들의 내부 주변벽이 금속 케이싱의 축을 따라 확장하는 하나의 금속제 원통(3)에 의하여 지지되는 장치.
- 청구범위 제10항에 있어서, 금속제 원통(3)이 허니코움 코어체들(1)의 적어도 두개이 이웃하는 것들 사이에서 적어도 하나의 관통-홀(31)을 정의하는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 그의 감겨진 중심축을 따라 다른 외부직경(φ2)의 원통형의 빈 공간들(14)를 정의하는 복수의 허니코움 코어체들(1)이 금속 케이싱(2)에서 적당한 간격으로 배치되고, 각 허니코움 코어체들의 내부 주변벽이 대응하는 금속제 원통(3)에 의하여 지지되는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
