제1도는 말단 및 벽내에 원형 구멍을 갖는 원통형 촉매 증류 구조에 용기에 대한 묘사이다. 제2도는 말단내에 원형 구멍을 갖고 벽내에 세로로 갸름한 구멍을 갖는 원통형 촉매 증류 구조용기에 대한 묘사이다. 제3도는 갸름한 구멍 각각의 한면을 따라 방사상으로 확장되는 날개(fin)를 갖는 제2도의 원통형 증류 구조 용기에 대한 묘사이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 증류표면울 그 위에 갖고, 기체 및 증기의 자유 통행을 허용하기 위한 구멍을 가지는, 증류컬럼 반응기 부피보다 실질적으로 작은 단단한 용기 및 그 내에 비치된 미립 촉매 성분으로 구성되는, 상기 증류 컬럼 반응기로의 배치를 위한 촉매 증류 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단단한 용기가, 양쪽 말단에서 폐쇄되고, 액체 및 증기를 상기용기로 유입시키고 남도록 하는 말단 및 벽내 구멍을 갖고, 길이 및 지름이 상기 증류 컬럼 반응기의 상응하는 치수보다 실질적으로 작은 중공 실린더로 구성되는 촉매 증류 구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 상기 중공 실린더의 말단 및 벽 내에서 원형 배출구를 이루는 촉매 증류 구조.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 상기 중공 실린더의 벽내에서 세로로 갸름하게 구멍이 난 배출구를 이루고, 말단내에서 원형 배출구를 이루는 촉매 증류 구조.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 갸름하게 구멍난 배출구 각각의 한면으로 부터 방사상으로 확장되는 세로형 날개를 포함하는 촉매 증류 구조.
  6. 제2항에 잇어서, 상기 구멍이 말단내에서 원형 배출구를 이루고, 상기 중공 실리더의 벽내에서 세로로 나선형으로 갸름하게 구멍이 난 배출구를 포함하는 촉매 증류 구조.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 상기 촉매 성분의 입자보다 작은 촉매 증류 구조.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 상기 촉매 성분의 입자보다 크고, 상기 용기내에 상기 입자를 보유하기 위한 다공성 라이닝을 포함하는 촉매 증류 구조.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단단한 용기가, 원통형 환형 공간을 형성하도록 폐쇄된 고리의 말단(이때, 촉매성분은 상기 환형 공간내에 배치된다.), 및 액체 및 증기가 상기 환형 공간으로 유입되거 남도록 허용하는 구멍을 갖는 상기 환형 공간의 말단 및 벽을 갖고, 길이 및 지름이 상기 증류 컬럼 반응기 보다 실질적으로 작은 환형 실린더로 구성되는 촉매 증류 구조.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 상기 환형 공간의 벽 및 말단내에서 환형 배출구를 이루는 촉매 증류 구조.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 말단내에서 원형 배출구를 이루고, 상기 환형 공간의 벽내에서 세로로 갸름하게 구멍이 난 배출구를 이루는 촉매 증류 구조.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 갸름하게 구멍난 배출구 각각의 한면으로 부터 방사상으로 확장되는 세로형 날개를 포함하는 촉매 증류 구조.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 말단내에서 원형 배출구를 이루고, 상기 환형 공간의, 벽내에서 세로로 나선형으로 갸름하게 구멍난 배출구를 이루는 촉매 증류 구조.
  14. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중공 실린더의 용량이 1/2 내지 64 액량온스인 촉매 증류 구조.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 환형공간의 용량이 1/2 내지 64 액량 온스인 촉매 증류 구조.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단단한 용기가, 폐쇄된 완전하게 말단을 갖고, 페쇄된 환형 공간 및 폐쇄된 원통형 공간을 형성하는 환형 실린더(이때, 촉매 성분을 상기 원통형 공간내에 배치된다.)및, 액체 및 증기가 상기 환형공간을 통과하도록 허용하고, 상기 원통형 공간으로 그리고 상기 공간으로 부터 통과하도록 하는 구멍을 갖는 상기 말단 및 벽으로 구성되는 촉매 증류 구조.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 다공성 물질로 피복되는 촉매 증류 구조.
