Abstract
촉매 변환기의 미세 구조화된 쉬트상에 땜납을 제공하는데는 어려움이 있다. 본 발명은, 먼저 적합한 입자크기의 납땜분말을 결합제 및 액체의 혼합물에 분산시키고, 상기 혼합물을 지지체의 가스 흐름채널을 통해 관류시킨 다음, 과잉 혼합물을 상기 채널로부터 제거할 것을 제안한다. 본 발명은 차량 엔진용 배기가스 촉매 변환기의 제조에 사용하는데 적합하다.

제 1 도는 결합제-납땜분말 혼합물에 의해 과류를 목적으로 지지체가 삽입되는 흐름라인의 종단면도이고, 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 선Ⅱ-Ⅱ을 따른 횡단면의 확대도이며, 제 3 도는 제 2 도의 부분 Ⅲ의 확대도이다.
Claims (5)
- 적합한 입자크기의 납땜 분말을 금속쉬트들 사이의 및/또는 금속쉬트와 케이싱(4) 사이의 접속부에 있는 납땜 갭 (11)내에 쌓는 방식으로, 파형 또는 평형 및 파형 금속쉬트(1,2)의 서로 접하는 층 사이에 형성된 가스 흐름채널(10)을 가지며 상기 금속쉬트들을 감거나 층층히 쌓음으로써 형성된 촉매 변환기 지지체의 납땜 방법에 있어서, 납땜 분말을 결합제 및 액체로 혼합물을 분산시키는 단계, 상기 액상 혼합물을 지지체(3)의 가스 흐름채널을 통해 관류시키는 단계, 과잉 혼합물을 가스흐름채널(10)로부터 제거하는 단계, 및 지지체(3)를 납땜하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 변환기 지지체의 납땜 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지지체(3)를 관류를 목적으로 혼합물을 이송하는 흐름라이(7)내로 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 변환기 지지체의 납땜 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 과잉 혼합물을 가스 흐름채널(10)로부터 제거한 다음 지지체를 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 변환기 지지체의 납땜 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지지체(3)의 관류전에 혼합물의 흐름 프로필을 균일화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 변환기 지지체의 납땜 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지지체(3)의 일정 영역을 관류로부터 배재시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 변환기 지지체의 납땜 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
