제1도는 본 발명을 실현하고, 배기가스 정화용 촉매를 담지하기 위한, 감겨진 금속제 담지모체의 사시도.

제3도는 경납땜 물질 보유요부(凹부)가 본 발명의 첫번째 실시예에 따라 형성된 금속케이싱의 종단면도.
Claims (13)
- 배기가스 정화용 촉매를 담지하기 위한 금속제 담지모체(1)에 있어서, 와선형의 허니코움 코어 구조(2) 또는 그의 중심축을 따라 많은 망사패턴으로 된 가스흐름 통로들(5)를 갖는 적층형태에 접촉관계로 겹쳐지는 얇은 금속판으로 된 평판상 금속밴드(3)과 다른 얇은 금속판으로 부터 만들어진 파판상 금속밴드(4)를 중첩하고, 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)내에 허니코움 코어 구조를 고착하고, 허니코움 코어 구조가 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 내벽에 형성된 경납땜 물질 보유요부들(7)에 보유되는 경납땜 물질에 의해 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)에 고착되는 특징이 지워지는 담지모체(1)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경납땜 물질 보유요부들(7)에 직선 또는 곡선, 또는 블록으로 형성되는 금속제 담지모체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경납땜 물질 보유요부들(7)이 관 모양의 금속케이싱의 중심축에 대하여 소정의 각으로 확장하는 라인들로 형성되는 금속제 담지모체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경납땜 물질 보유요부들(7)이 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 중심축에 평행한 라인들로 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 내벽에 형성되고 소정의 간격으로 떨어져 있는 금속제 담지모체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경납땜 물질 보유요부들(7)이 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 중심축에 수직인 라인들로 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 내벽에 형성되고 소정의 간격으로 떨어져 있는 금속제 담지모체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경납땜 물질 보유요부들(7)이 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 전체축길이를 따라 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 내벽에 형성되는 금속제 담지모체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경납땜 물질 보유요부들(7)이 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 축길이의 부분을 따라 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 내벽에 형성되는 금속제 담지모체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경납땜 물질 보유요부들(7)이 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 내벽에 형성된 요부들인 금속제 담지모체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경납땜 물질 요부들(7)이 압축함으로써 관 모양의 금속케이싱(6)의 내벽에 형성된 요부들인 금속제 담지모체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 경납땜 물질 보유요부(7)에 보유되는 경납땜 물질이 선재(8)의 형태인 금속제 담지모체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 경납땜 물질 보유요부(7)에 보유되는 경납땜 물질이 블록의 형태인 금속제 담지모체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 경납땜 물질 보유요부(7)에 보유되는 경납땜 물질이 용융상태로 요부에 놓여지고 냉각함으로써 요부에서 굳혀지는 경납땜 물질인 금속제 담지모체.
