제 1 도는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매를 담지하기 적당한 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 금속제 담지모체의 일부를 투시한 전체 사시도.
제 2 도는 본 발명의 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 금속제 담지 모체 제조방법을 나타내는 사시도.
제 3 도는 본 발명의 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 금속제 담지 모체 제조의 다른 방법을 나타내는 사시도.
Claims (4)
- 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 금속제 담지 모체에 있어서, 얇은 금속 시트로 만든 적어도 하나의 평판상 금속 밴드와 다른 얇은 금속 시트로 만든 적어도 하나의 파판상 금속 밴드를 포개어 놓은 다음에 와선형으로 양밴드를 함께 말아서 그것의 중심축을 따라 다수의 망상 구조로된 가스 흐름 통로를 갖는 격층제를 얻고, 상기 작충제를 금속 케이싱에 넣어 이루어지며, 상기 평판상 금속 밴드와 파판상 금속 밴드의 적층제 안에 통기성 삽입물을 중심부의 축 방향에 끼워 넣는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 금속제 담지 모체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 끼워 넣는 통기성 삽입물이 봉상으로 이루어진 스테인레스 망사인 금속제 담지 모체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 끼워 넣는 통기성 삽입물이 봉상으로 이루어진 스테인레스 울인 금속제 담지 모체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 끼워 넣는 통기성 삽입물이 원통형으로 이루어진 얇은 금속 시트의 파판상 밴드인 금속제 담지 모체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
