Claims (10)

  1. 엔진의 배기 구멍으로 부터 나온 배기가스가 이 배기가스 구멍에 연결된 배기 파이프부를 갖춘 원통형 머플러 내에 배치되어 있는 촉매를 가진 부재에 의해 정화되는 배기가스 정화장치에 있어서, 촉매가 부착되어 있는 촉매판 수단이 배기 파이프부의 횡단면에서 실질적으로 직경방향의 중앙부에 배기 파이프부의 전체 세로방향에 걸쳐 뻗도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  2. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 촉매판수단이 중간판 및 이 중간판의 양측면에 배치된 촉매층을 구비한 샌드위치 구조의 적어도 하나의 판부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  3. 특허청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 중간판이 다수의 관통구멍을 가진 펀징판인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  4. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 중앙판이 고체판인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  5. 특허청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 중앙판이 스텐레스강판을 구비하는 것과, 상기의 촉매층이 주로 백금 과 로듐(Rh)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  6. 특허청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 또한 피복층이 중앙판과 촉매층 사이에 배치되는 것과 상기의 피복층이 세라믹 상태의 백색 알루미늄을 용사함에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  7. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매판 수단이 하나의 촉매판 부재이며, 배기 파이프부의 직경부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  8. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매판 수단이 하나의 측매판 부재로 구성되며, 1/3d내지 2/3d-여기서 기호 d는 배기 파이프부의 내경을 가리킨다-범위 내에서 그것의 내면으로 부터 치우친 상태로 배기파이프부의 직경방향의 중앙부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  9. 특허청구범위 제8항에 있어서, 촉매판 부재가 그것의 중간부에 형성된 라브부를 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  10. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 촉매판 수단이 1/3d내지 2/3d-여기서 기호 d는 배기 파이프부의 내경을 가리킨다-범위내에서 그것의 내면으로 부터 치우친 상태로 배기 파이프부의 직경방향의 중앙부에 직경 대칭형으로 배치된 2개의 촉매핀을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
