Claims (5)
- 지지물질과 촉매층으로 미리 피복된 물결형 박막 밴드(2)와 곧은 박막 밴드(3)로 중심 축 또는 쉬트 없이 유닛을 형성하고 유닛을 통과하는 하나 이상의 지지물(4)에 의해 유닛의 풀림과 상호 마찰을 방지함을 특징으로 하는, 물결형 박막 밴드(2)와 곧은 박막 밴드(3)를 감아 서로의 위에 번갈아 겹치게 하여 나선형 유닛(1)을 형성함에 의한, 배기 가스를 정화하는데 이용되는 촉매 유닛의 제조 및 보강 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유닛(1)이 실제로 타원형 단면을 갖는 것이 특징인 촉매 유닛의 제조 및 보강 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지지물(4)이 유닛을 통해 뻗어있는 것이 특징인 촉매 유닛의 제조 및 보강 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유닛을 관통하는 구멍을 뚫고, 구멍안에 지지물(4)을 위치시킴으로써 지지물(4)을 제공하는 것이 특징인 촉매 유닛의 제조 및 보강 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유닛을 관통하는 지지물(4)이 유닛(1)의 직경보다 1-10mm 더 긴 것이 특징인 촉매 유닛의 제조 및 보강방법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
