Claims (10)
- 금속 케이싱(2)와 금속 케이싱에 고정되게 끼워진 허니코움 코어체(1)로 구성된 배기가스 정화장치에 있어서, 상기 허니코움 코어체(1)이 금속판으로 만들어진 평판상 밴드(11)과 다른 금속판으로부터 만들어진 파판상밴드(12)를 접촉 관계로 서로 포개므로써 형성되고, 그안에 배기가스 정화 촉매를 운반하기에 적절한 다수의 망상-패턴 축 가스 흐름 통로(13)을 정외하며, 금속 케이싱(2)가 외부로 부터 격리된 캐버티 컴퍼트먼트(23)을 정의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 리브(24;25) 또는 분할벽(26;27)이 금속 케이싱(2)의 캐버티 컴퍼트먼트(23)에 배열되는 장치.
- 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 리브 또는 분할벽이 와선형(24), 고리형(25), 허니코움 코어체(1)의 축에 평행한 선형(26), 허니코움 코어체(1)의 축에 평행한 곡선형 및 허니코움 코어체(1)의 축에 관련된 각 방향으로 확장하는 파형으로 부터 선택된 형상을 가지는 장치.
- 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 금속 케이싱(2)의 캐버티 컴퍼트먼트에 배열된 리브 또는 분할벽이, 리브 또는 분할벽에 의하여 정의된 공간이 서로 통하는 그러한 구조를 가지는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 금속 케이싱(2)가 케버티 컴퍼트먼트(23)으로 부터 공기를 방전하고 그곳에 공기를 공급하기 위한 수단으로 제공되는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 캐버티 컴퍼트먼트(23)이 디프레셔타이즈 되거나 진공 상태에 있는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 허니코움 코어체(1)이 평판상 밴드(11)과 파판상 밴드(12)를 접촉관계로 포개고 다음 평판상 밴드(11)과 파판상 밴드(12)를 여러층으로된 와선형으로 서로 감음으로써 형성되는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 허니코움 코어체(1)이 평판상 밴드(11)과 파판상 밴드(12)를 접촉관계에 의하여 층으로 포개므로써 형성되는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 금속 케이싱이 원형 단면을 가지는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 금속 케이싱이 레이스트랙-형 단면을 가지는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
