Claims (14)
- 금속판으로 만들어진 평판상밴드(11)과 다른 금속판으로부터 만들어진 파판상밴드(12)를 접촉관계로 서로 포갬으로써 형성된 허니코움 코어체(1)로 구성된 배기가스 정화장치에 있어서 상기 허니코움 코어체(1)가 그안에 배기가스 정화촉매를 운반하기 위해 적절한 다수의 망상-패턴축 가스 흐름통로(13)를 정의 하고 허니코움 코어체(1)를 형성하는 평판상밴드(11)가 적당한 길이의 울퉁불퉁한 단면(b)와 평평한 단면(a)를 교대로 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 평판상 밴드(11)의 울퉁불퉁한 단면(b)가 사실상 물결모양의 파형을 가지는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 평판산 밴드(11)의 울퉁불퉁한 단면(b)가 사실상 사다리꼴 파형을 가지는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 평판상 밴드(11)와 파판상 밴드(12)가 다음 공식(여기서 h : 평판상 밴드(11)의 울퉁불퉁한 단면(b)의 높이 H : 파판상 밴드(12)의 높이)을 만족하는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 사이클의 단위길이가 평판상 밴드(11)의 하나의 울퉁불퉁한 단면(b)와 평판상 밴드(11)의 이웃하는 평평한 단면(a)로 구성되고, 울퉁불퉁한 단면(b)가 리세스와 이웃하는 스웰의 적어도 하나의 사이클을 포함하는 장치.

- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 사이클의 단위길이가 평판상 밴드(11)의 하나의 울퉁불퉁한 단면(b)와 평판상 밴드(11)의 이웃하는 평평한 단면(a)로 이루어지고, 울퉁불퉁한 단면(b)와 평평한 단면(a)이 동일한 길이를 가지는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 사이클의 단위길이가 평판상 밴드(11)의 하나의 울퉁불퉁한 단면(b)와 평판상 밴드(11)의 이웃하는 평평한 단면(a)로 이루어지고, 울퉁불퉁한 단면(b)와 평평한 단면(a)가 다른 길이를 가지는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 허니코움 코어체(1)가 평판상 밴드(11)와 파판상 밴드(12)를 접촉관계로 포개고, 다음 평판상 밴드(11)와 파판상 밴드(12)를 여러층으로된 나선형으로 서로 감음으로서 형성되는 장치.

- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 허니코움 코어체(1)이 고정되어 설치된 금속케이싱(2)을 더 포함하는 장치.
