Abstract

본 발명은 브레이징 재료를 코팅하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 코팅몸체 또는 사출된 플랫 튜브스트립이, 바인더가 용해된 알콜내에 혼합된 브레이징 금속분말 및 브레이징 플럭스분말을 갖는 브레이징 재료의 슬러리내에 침지된 후, 사출된 플랫 튜브스트립이 실질적으로 수직하게 취출되며, 침지탱크로부터 취출되는 사출된 플랫 튜브스트립상에 코팅된 슬러리가 건조수단에 의해 건조되고 고착/베이킹되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 브레이징방법에 의해 브레이징된 열교환기의 한 예의 개략적인 사시도,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 코팅장치의 한 예의 개략적인 단면도,
제3A도는 슬러리로부터 수직하게 취출되는 코팅몸체를 횡방향에서 나타내는 개략적인 단면도,
제3B도는 슬러리로부터 수직하게 취출되는 코팅몸체를 종방향에서 나타내는 개략적인 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 바인더가 용해된 알콜내에 혼합된 브레이징 플럭스 분말과 브레이징 금속분말의 조합을 갖는 브레이징재료의 슬러리내에 코팅몸체를 침지하는 단계와, 상기 코팅 몸체를 취출하는 단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이징 재료 코팅방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 몸체가 취출되는 동안 상기 코팅 몸체상의 상기 슬러리를 베이킹 및 고착하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이징 재료 코팅방법.
  3. 바인더가 용해된 알콜내에 혼합된 브레이징 플럭스 분말과 브레이징 금속분말의 조합을 갖는 브레이징 재료의 슬러리를 수용하는 침지탱크, 및 상기 침지탱크내에서 코팅된 몸체를 안내하고 상기 코팅된 몸체를 상기 침지탱크로부터 수직하게 취출하기 위한 코팅 몸체 이송수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이징재료 코팅장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 침지탱크로부터 취출되는 상기 코팅된 몸체상의 슬러리를 베이킹 및 고착하기 위한 건조수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이징재료 코팅장치.
