제1도는 포울드(folds), 또는 아코이온방식이나 지그재그방식으로 접었다 펼칠 수 있는 파형의 엷은 금속부분으로 구성되는 파형금속허니컴필러를 포함하는 원통형 하우징을 나타낸 사시도로서, 본 발명의 보강스트럿(reinforcing struts)을 나타냄. 제2도는 제1도와 동일한 구조를 제조할때 나타내는 구조이나 보강스트럿을 제거하고 세이크 및 베이크실험(shake and bake test)을 할수 있는 설명도. 제3도는 제1도와 동일한 장치를 나타내나 세이크 및 베이크 실험에서 내구성이 우수한 각형회단면의 보호지지링을 가진 사시도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. (a) 하우징(housing)과, (b) 상기 하우징내에 설치한 적어도 한쌍의 파형의 엷은 금속엘레멘트와, (c) 상기 하우징을 세그멘트(segments)로 분할하는 적어도 하나의 길이 방향으로 형성하는 금속제스트럿(strut)을 구성시켜, 상기 하우징은 그 각단에 상기 파형의 엷은 금속엘레멘트의 단부와 상기 스트럿을 결합하여 상기 금속엘레멘트와 축방향운동에 대향하는 스트럿을 보호지지하는 보호지지수단(retaining means)을 가지며, 상기 파형의 엷은 금속엘레멘트 각각은 상기 하우징의 단면의 세그멘트(segment)를 필링하고(filling), 또 상기 금속엘레멘트 각각은 다수의 악코디온식으로 접었다 펼칠 수 있는 비네스팅(nonnesting)의 파형의 엷은 금속부분을 구성하며, 필링을한 하우징의 세그멘트내에서 상기 하우징의 내부형상에 일치하도록함이 상기 하우징의 양측면에 따라 위치하도록하는 길이 방향으로 형성되는 포울드라인(fold lines)을 구성하고, 적어도 하나의 금속스트럿이 한쌍의 상기 파형 금속 부분사이에 위치하여 상기 파형의 엷은 금속엘레멘트중 하나에 위해 필링을 한 상기 하우징 단면의 세그멘트를 구성하며, 상기 스트럿의 대향하는 길이 방향 단부는 상기 하우징의 양측에 인접하여 위치하며, 악코디온식으로 접었다 펼칠 수 있는 파형의 엷은 금속부분과 중간 스트럿 또는 다수의 스트럿의 조립체는 그 하우징의 전체단면을 필링하여 유체투과성의 허니컴구조를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유체도관(fluid conduit).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호지지수단(retaining means)은 L-형상단면을 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기 유체도관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호지지수단은 각형단면을 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기 유체도관.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호지지수단은 정사각형단면(square cross-section)을 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기 유체도관.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파형의 금속부분의 표면은 알루미늄옥시드를 포함하는 코팅으로 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기 유체도관.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 오염물질을 환경적인면에서 허용되는 물질로 화학적 및/또는 물리적으로 전환시키는 촉매를 포함시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 유체도관.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 스테인레스강으로 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기 유체도관.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파형의 엷은 금속은 엷은 스테인레스강을 파형으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 유체도관.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 원형단면으로 구성함을 특징으로한 상기 유체도관.
