Abstract

필터 요소(2)를 포함하는 오일 필터의 원통형 케이스(1)의 측벽(8)은 열교환기로 구성된다. 열교환기는 여과진에 오일용으로 사용되는 순회로(6,14)와 냉각액용으로 사용되는 순회로(9,15)로 이루어지는 두개의 휘감긴 순회로(6,14)를 한정한다. 각 순회로는 나선형으로 연장되며 원통형슬리브(11,12)에 의해 그리고 중간간막이(13)에 형성된 중공 그루브(14,l5)에 의해 범위가 정해진다.

Claims (4)

  1. 필터요소(2)를 포함하는 사실상 원통형케이스(1)로 구성되고, 상기 케이스의 측벽(8)은 서로 둘러싸인 두개의 동축 원통형슬리브(11,12)와 일반적으로 원통형상을 취하지만 변형되고 두개의 슬리브사이에 놓인 환상공간내에 인접 배치됨으로서 두 슬리브와 함께 여과하기 전의 오일용인 순회로(16)와 냉각액용인 다른 순회로(17,18)로 이루어져 서로 열을 교환하는 두개의 휘감긴 순회로를 형성하는 중간칸막이(13)로 구성되는 오일 필터에 있어서, 두개의 순회로(16;17,18)는 나선형으로 이루어져 있고 각각의 나선형 회로는 중간칸막이(13)에 형성원 중공의 나선형그루브(14,15) 및 상기 그루브의 단부에 대해 방사상으로 인접된 두개의 슬리브(11,12)중 하나에 의해 범위가 정해짐을 특징으로 하는 오일 필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각액용으로 사용되는 상기 순회로는 병렬로 접속원 다수의 나선형 세그먼트(18)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 오일 필터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 나선형 세그먼트(18)는 1.5회전이상으로 감겨져 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 오일 필터.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 그루브(14,15)의 단면은 U자관의 일반프로파일을 나타내고 그 U자관의 안쪽을 향해 폭방향절단부(S)가 돌출되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 오일 필터.
