Claims (1)

  1. 현미, 율무, 수수, 보리쌀, 옥수수, 대두등 곡류를 250-300℃의 고온에서 5초 이내의 짧은 시간으로 알파화시키고 이를 적절한 입자 크기로 마쇄하여 소량의 전지분유, 정제염, 설탕을 가미 혼합하여서된 알파화를 이용한 곡류죽의 제조방법.
