- 95∼60몰%의 이소프탈산단위 및 5∼40몰%의 2,6-나프탈렌 디카본산 단위로 된 디카본산 단위와 95∼70몰%의 에틸렌글리콜 단위 및 5∼30몰%의 1,3-비스(2-하이드록시에톡시)벤젠단위로 된 디하이드록시 화합물 단위로 되고 o-클로로페놀중 25℃에서 측정한 극한점도가 0.3∼1.5dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 코폴리에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서, 90∼70몰%의 이소프탈산단위와 10∼30몰%의 2,6-나프탈렌 디카본산 단위로 된 디카본산 단위와 90∼80몰%의 에틸렌글리콜 단위와 10∼20몰%의 1,3-비스(2-하이드록시에톡시) 벤젠단위로 된 디하이드록시 화합물 단위로 되고 o-클로로페놀중 25℃에서 측정한 극한점도가 0.6∼1.0dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 코폴리에스테르.

- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 프리폼이 폴리에틸렌 테레프랄레이트층(C)와 코폴리에스테르층(D)로 구성되고 상기 코폴리에스테르층(D)이 90∼70몰%의 이소프탈산단위 및 10∼30몰%의 2,6-나프탈렌 디카본산 단위로 된 디카본산 단위와 90∼80몰%의 에틸렌글리콜 단위 및 10∼20몰%의 1,3-비스(2-하이드록시에톡시)벤젠단위로 된 디하이드록시 화합물 단위로 된 코폴리에스테르 또는 상기 코폴리에스테르와 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 된 코폴리에스테르 조성물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 중공성형체용 프리폼.
- 제34항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리에스테르가 디하이드록시 화합물 단위 100몰당 0.01∼2몰의 3관능 또는 3관능이상의 폴리하이드록시 화합물 단위를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 중공성형체용 프리폼.
- 제34항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리에스테르가 디하이드록시 화합물 단위 100몰당 0.05∼1몰의 1,1,1-트리스하이드록시 메틸프로판 단위를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 중공성형체용 프리폼.
- 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트층(C)과 코폴리에스테르층(D)으로 구성되고 상기 코폴리에스테르층(D) 이 95∼60몰%이 이소프탈산 단위 및 5∼40몰%의 2,6-나프탈렌 디카본산 단위로 된 디카본산 단위와 95∼70몰%의 에틸렌글리콜 단위 및 5∼30몰%의 1,3-비스(2-하이드록시에톡시)벤젠단위로 된 디하이드록시 화합물 단위로 된 코폴리에스테르 또는 상기 코폴리에스테르와 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 된 코폴리에스테르 조성물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 적층 중공성형체.
- 제37항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트층(C)와 코폴리에스테르층(D)로 구성되고 상기 코폴리에스테르층(D)이 90∼70몰%의 이소프탈산 단위 및 10∼30몰%의 2,6-나프탈렌 디카본산 단위로 된 디카본산 단위와 90∼80몰%의 에틸렌글리콜 단위 및 10∼20몰%의 1,3-비스(2-하이드록시에톡시)벤젠단위로된 디하이드록시 화합룰 단위로 된 코폴리에스테르 또는 상기 코폴리에스테르와 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 된 코폴리에스테르 조성물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 적층 중공성형체.
- 제38항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리에스테르가 디하이드록시 화합물 단위 100몰당 0.01∼2몰의 3관능 또는 3관능이상의 폴리하이드록시 화합물 단위를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 적층 중공성형체.
- 제38항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리에스테르가 디하이드록시 화합물 단위 100몰당 0.05∼1몰의 1,1,1-트리스하이드록시프로판 단위를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 적층 중공성형체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
