고유동성 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물

Claims (13)

  1. 고유 점도로 표현되는 실질적으로 다른 몰 분포를 지니는 적어도 두개의 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지, 금형으로부터 성형제품을 분리시키기 위한 이형제 (releasing agent), 열 안정제 및 임의의 충진제로 구성되는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지가 60중량부의 사염화에탄과 40중량부의 페놀의 혼합물중에서 3℃에서 측정할때 [nA]와 [nB]가 각각 0.70〈[nA]〈0.92(dl/gr), 0.93〈[nB]〈1.40(dl/gr)의 고유점도 값을 가지는 2개의 중합체 그룹 [A], [B]로부터 선택되는 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 약 5중량부 내지 약 95중량부의 그룹[A] 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형제품이 약 3nm 내지 약 10nm 크기의 소구체 결정구조를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정화시간이 배아 결정의 성장을 위한 유도시간의 약 1/3인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중량평균 분자량 Mw와 수평균분자량 Mn의 비율은 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지가 용융단계에 도입되고, 서로 균질하게 블랜딩된 후에 약 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이형제가 몬탄산 금속염, 부분적으로 에스테르화된 몬탄산 금속염을 포함하는 몬탄산 유도체로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 주기율표의 I족, II족, 및 III족으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형제가 충조성물중에 약 0.3중량부 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물.
  10. 고유점도로 표현되는 실질적으로 다른 몰분포를 지니는 적어도 두개의 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지, 금형으로부터 성형제품을 분리시키기 위한 이형제, 열안정제 및 임의의 충진제로 구성되는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 성형 조성물을 성형시켜 제조한 전기 접속자 하우징.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지가 60중량부의 사염화에탄과 40중량부의 페놀의 혼합물중에서 30℃에서 측정할때 [nA]와 [nB]가 각각 0.70〈의 [nA]〈0.92(de/gr), 0.93〈[nB]〈1.40(dl/gr)의 고유점도값을 가지는 2개의 중합체 그룹 [A], [B]로부터 선택되는 특징으로 하는 전기 접속자 하우징.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 약 5중량부 내지 95중량부의 그룹 [A] 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속자 하우징.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 하우징내의 소구체 결정이 약 3nm 내지 약 10nm의 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속자 하우징.
