Claims (5)

  1. 3불화 질소가스의 정제방법으로서, 아날킴(analcime), 클리노프틸로라이트 (clinoptilolite), 모르데나이트(mordenite), 페리에라이트(ferrierite), 필립사이트(phillipsite), 챠바자이트(chabazite), 에리오나이트(erionite), 라우몬타이트 (laumontite)구성된 군에서 선택되는 제올라이트를 250℃∼700℃에서 가열처리하고, 그 처리한 제올라이트에 의해서 충전층을 형성시키고, 불순물 가스를 함유하는 3불화 질소가스를 그 충전층에 -125℃∼30℃의 온도에서 통기하는 것으로서 이루어지는 3불화 질소가스의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 3불화 질소가스중의 불순물 가스가 N2O,CO2또는 N2O2인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트의 가열처리를 10분∼80시간 행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트의 가열처리를 불활성가스를 통기시키면서 행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트의 가열처리를 그 제올라이트에 의해서 충전층을 형성시켜서 행하고, 이어서 그 충전층에 불순물 가스를 함유하는 3불화 질소가스를 통기시키는 방법.
