Claims (9)

  1. 다음 일반식 I의 이치환시킨 N-시클로알킬알킬 벤질아민, 이들의 산부가염 및 이들의 광학 활성형.
    [상기식중, -R1은 할로겐 원자, 저급 할로알킬기 또는 저급 알콕시기에 의해 일-, 이-또는 삼치환된 폐닐이며, -R2는 저급 알킬이며, -R3는 수소 또는 저급 알킬이며, -R4는 시클로알킬-CH(CH2)n(여기서, n은 2 내지 5의 정수임)이고, R4의 탄소원자는 저급 알킬 또는 폐닐인 Rx기를 함유할 수 있어야 하며, -R5는 할로겐 원자, 또는 저급 알콕시기에 의해 일-, 이- 또는 삼치환된 폐닐이며, m은 1 또는 2임].
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 폐닐인 N-시클로알킬알킬 벤질아민.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R5가 폐닐인 N-시클로알킬알킬 벤질아민.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R2가 페닐인 N-시클로알킬알킬 벤질아민.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R3이 수소 또는 메틸인 N-시클로알킬알킬 벤질아민.

  7. 다음 일반식 I의 이치환시킨 N-시클로알킬알킬 벤질아민, 이들의 산부가염 및 이들의 광학 활성형 및 제약상 허용 가능한 담체와의 혼합물로 되는 정신병 치료용 약물 제조방법.
