Claims (11)

  1. 프레스 안으로 스톡의 시이트를 다방향으로 공급하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 로더(30)가 프레임(34,35)과 운동을 위해 프레임에 비례하는 제1방향 및 제1방향에 법선일 제2방향으로 프레스를 향해서 프레임에 장착된 캐리지(39)를 포함하고 ; 피더(80)가 프레임(81,82)과, 운동을 위해 로더의 캐리지 운동의 제1방향과 동일한 공간에 퍼지는 제1방향과 로더의 운동의 제2방향과 평행인 제2방향으로 프레임에 장착된 캐리지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로더가 프레스를 향해서 프레임을 따라 연장된 제1세트이 평행한 가이드 수단(33,33)과 , 제1가이드 수단을 따라 상호 운동을 위해 장착된 제1캐리지 수단(39)과, 제1가이드 수단을 따라 제1캐리지를 이동시키기 위한 제1구동수단(50,50a,51)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 로더가 제1운동 방향에 법선으로 연장된 제2세트이 평행한 가이드 수단(37,37)과, 제2가이드 수단을 따라 제2캐리지를 이동시키기 위한 제2구동수단(38)과 제2가이드 수단을 따라 상호 운동을 위해 장착된 제2캐리지 수단(35)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,시이트 결합 핑거(61)가 운동을 위해 제1캐리지 수단으로 운반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 피더가 프레스를 향해서 프레임으로 따라 연장된 제1세트의 평행한 가이드 수단(85,85)과, 제2가이드 수단을 따라 상호 운동을 위해 장착된 제1캐리지 수단과, 제1가이드 수단을 따라 제2캐리지를 이동시키기 위한 제1구동수단(84)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 피더가 제1운동 방향에 법선으로 연장된 제2세트이 평행한 가이드 수단(94,94)과, 제2가이드 수단을 따라 상호 운동을 위해 장착된 제2캐리지 수단과 제2가이드 수단을 따라 제2캐리지를 이동시키기 위한 제2구동수단(90)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 핑거바아(87,87)가 운동을 위해 제1캐리지로 운반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 핑거 바아가 세장형이고 운동의 제1방향을 따라 연장되고, 다수의 스프링 하중 시이트 결합 핑거(87a,87a)가 핑거 바아의 세로축을 따라 이격된 관계로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 프레스 안으로 시이트 물질을 공급하는 방법에 잇어서, 프레스(100)에 인접하여 배열된 피더(80)상에 제1시이트 물질을 위치시키는 단계와, 제1방향(X)에서 예정된 간격으로 프레스 안으로 시이트를 공급하는 단계와, 시이트 상에서 프레스 작동이 이루어지는 단계와, 제1방향에 법선인 제2방향(Y)으로 시이트를 움직이는 단계와, 제1시이트가 피더에 있는동안 퍼더에 인접하게 배열된 로더(30)상에 제2시이트를 위치시키는 단계와, 프레스가 제1시이트에서 마지막 작동을 수행 하려고 할 때까지 제1 및 제2방향에서 프레스 안으로 제1시이트 물질을 공급하는 단계를 반복하는 단계와, 제1 및 제1방향으로 피더로 전진시키는 동안 제1시이트 상에서 마지막 프레스 작동이 동시에 수행되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 피더가 제1방향으로 시이트를 공급하는 프레스로부터 이격되어 프레스를 향해 제1방향으로 왕복 운동을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 시이트를 프레스 안으로 밀어넣고, 프레스 안으로 시이트의 각 증가 운동을 따로는 프레스로부터 멀리 결합 수단을 완전히 후퇴시키는 시이트 결합수단(87,87,87a,87a)의 채택을 특징으로 하는 방법.
