Claims (21)
- ランセット切開装置用の案内機構であって、
シャフト、前記シャフトから延びる複数のフィン、前記フィンの末端における複数の鳩尾形状の摺動係合テーパ面、およびランセットホルダを備えるピストンと、
側壁によって境界を画された細長い中空チャンバを備えるシャーシと、を含み、
前記側壁は、前記側壁に形成された案内チャネルと、前記案内チャネルに沿った係合テーパ面と、を備え、
前記ピストンの前記フィンが前記シャーシの前記案内チャネル内に受けられ、前記ピストンの前記鳩尾形状の摺動係合テーパ面が前記シャーシの前記係合テーパ面と位置合わせされた状態で、前記ピストンが前記シャーシの前記中空チャンバ内を自在に摺動する、案内機構。 - 前記ピストンの前記シャフトが、前記シャーシの後方の開口部を貫いて延びる、請求項1に記載の案内機構。
- 前記複数のフィンが、前記シャフトの径方向に対向した側面から径方向外向きに延びる第1のフィンおよび第2のフィンを備える、請求項1に記載の案内機構。
- 請求項1に記載の案内機構と、切開行程に沿って前記ピストンを推進する手段と、を備えるランセット切開装置。
- 切開行程に沿って前記ピストンを推進する前記手段が、ばね駆動機構を備える、請求項4に記載のランセット切開装置。
- ハウジングと、直線状移動経路に沿って前記ハウジングに対して平行移動するように取り付けられたランセットと、を備えるランセット切開装置案内機構であって、
前記ハウジングが、前記ランセットの直線状移動経路と平行に延びる直線状のスロットを画成し、
前記ハウジングが、前記スロットに沿ってハウジング案内テーパ面を備え、
前記ランセットが、前記ランセットから延びて鳩尾形状のランセット案内テーパ面を有するウィングを備え、
前記ウィングが、前記スロットを貫いて延び、
前記鳩尾形状のランセット案内テーパ面が、前記ハウジング案内テーパ面に沿って摺動して、前記ランセットを拘束してその直線状の移動経路に沿って並進運動させる、ランセット切開装置案内機構。 - 前記ランセットが、前記ランセットの直線状移動経路に沿って少なくとも第1の方向に第1のばねによって繰り出される、請求項6に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。
- 前記第1のばねが、前記ランセットを第1の方向に繰り出し、
前記第1のばねが、前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に前記ランセットを引き込む、請求項7に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。 - 前記ランセットを引き込むように前記第1のばねと反対に前記ランセットを付勢する第2のばねをさらに備える、請求項7に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。
- 前記ランセットが、前記ばねに直接結合される、請求項7に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。
- 前記ランセットが、前記ばねに結合されたランセットキャリアと係合する、請求項7に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。
- 前記ランセットが、前記ばねに結合されたキャリア台と係合する、請求項7に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。
- 前記鳩尾形状のランセット案内テーパ面および前記ハウジング案内テーパ面が、角度を付けて傾斜しており、前記ランセットの直線状の移動経路に対して傾斜した平面に沿って向かい合っている、請求項6に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。
- 前記鳩尾形状のランセット案内テーパ面が、内向きに角度を付けて傾斜した第1の面および第2の面を有する鳩尾断面形状を有し、
前記内向きに角度を付けて傾斜した第1の面および第2の面が、前記ハウジングの、前記スロットの対向する両側面に沿って延びる外向きに角度を付けて傾斜した第1の面および第2の面と向かい合っている、請求項13に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。 - 前記ハウジングが、第2のスロットを画成し、
前記第2のスロットが、前記第1のスロットと対向して、前記ランセットの直線状の移動経路に対して平行に延びる、請求項6に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。 - 使い捨てのランセット切開装置を備える、請求項6に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。
- ランセット切開装置への装脱のために交換可能なカートリッジを備える、請求項6に記載のランセット切開装置案内機構。
- ランセット切開装置案内機構と組み合わせて使用するためのランセットであって、
前記ランセット切開装置案内機構が、直線状のスロットが形成されたハウジングと、キャリア台と、前記ハウジングと前記キャリア台の間に結合されたばねと、を含み、
前記ランセットが、
ランセット本体と、
前記ランセット本体から軸方向に突出する鋭利なランセット先端部と、
前記ランセット本体から前記軸方向に対して略垂直に横方向へと延びるウィングと、
前記ウィングから前記横方向に対して傾斜した方向に延びるランセット案内面と、
前記キャリア台に解放可能に取り付けるためのカップリングと、を備え、
前記ウィングが、前記ハウジングの前記スロットを貫いて延びるように構成され、
前記ウィングが、前記ランセット案内面を、前記ハウジングの前記スロットに沿って延びるハウジング案内面に沿って摺動する関係に位置決めするように構成される、ランセット。 - 前記ウィングが、第1のウィングを備え、
前記ランセットが、前記第1のウィングと対向して前記ランセット本体から延びる第2のウィングをさらに備える、請求項18に記載のランセット。 - 前記ランセット案内面が、前記ウィングの自由端に台形断面形状を有する、請求項18に記載のランセット。
- 前記カップリングが、前記ランセット本体の後面に形成された開口したレシーバを備える、請求項18に記載のランセット。
