Claims (7)

  1. 리그닌에 풍부한 초질재의 파쇄물과 영양원을 배합한 배지에 버섯균을 배양하여 얻은 소화배지로부터 특유한 냄새를 제거하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 식료.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 냄새의 제거를 가열에 의하여 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식료.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 가열을 70℃이상에서 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식료
  4. 제2 및 3항에 있어서, 가열을 950℃이상의 수증기로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식료.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 냄새의 제거를 식품위생상 무해의 미생물을 소화배지에 가하여 발효시킴에 따라 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식료.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 미생물이 효모, 유산균, 누룩균 및 날로균의 적어 하나임을 특징으로 하는 식료.
  7. 리그닌이 풍부하게 들어 있는 초질재를 정교하게 자른 것에 다른 음식물원과 배합한 배지속 식용버섯 곰팡이를 배양하여 수득한 소화배지를 가열 또는 발효시켜 냄시를 제거시킨 소화배지로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 식료.
