첨부도면은 본 발명의 방법에 따라 달성된 예상치 못한 결과들을 그래프로 예시한다. 도면에 있어서의 데이타는 비교실시예 및 실시예 1 및 2로부터 유도된것이고 25℃의 온도 및 100psig의 압력에서 공기중에서 기체들의 분리와 관련된 것이다. 모든 경우에 있어서, 산소와 질소 사이의 산소분리를 위한 선택율은 약 3.8이었다.
Claims (16)
- 기체분리에 이용된 기체분리 막의 투과 성능을 향상하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 약 50℃ 내지 140℃의 온도에서 투과율을 향상하기에 충분한 시간동안 상기의 투과성 막을 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체분리막의 투과성능을 향상하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도가 약 80℃ 내지 약 140℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도가 약 100℃ 내지 약 125℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기의 투과성막이 복합중공섬유막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기의 복합중공섬유막이 막형성 재료로 코팅된 다공질 중공섬유 기판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 투과성막의 다공질 중공섬유 기판이 폴리술폰인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 투과성막의 막형성재료가 에틸 셀룰로오스인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 열처리가 아대기압에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 열처리가 초대기압에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
