제1도는 실시예 1 및 2의 왜곡속도와 구멍경의 관계를 나타내는 그래프,
제2도는 미다공막의 점탄성률(E)과 온도의 관계를 나타내는 그래프, 그리고
제3도는 본 발명의 실시예의 미다공막의 질소가스 투과율과 가열온도와의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 연신에 의하여 다수의 관통미세공(貫通微細孔)을 갖는 폴리올레핀 미다공성 막을 제조함에 있어서, 연신온도를 일정으로 하면서, 연신의 초기단계로부터 최종단계에 있어 왜곡속도를 변화하여 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미다공성 폴리오레핀 막의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미연신 폴리올레핀 필름의 연신은 미연신 폴리올레핀 필름의 어닐링(anneling)을 행한 후에 실시하는, 미다공성 폴리올레핀 막의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 어닐링은 미연신 폴리올레핀의 융해점 보다 낮은 5-70℃로 실시하는, 미다공성 폴리올레핀 막의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항 에 있어서, 왜곡량을 초기단계 100℃이고, 왜곡속도는 초기단계 초기 500%/분 이하 및 후기 100%/분 이하 그리고 제2단계 50%/분 이하인 미다공성 폴리올레핀 막의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 획득한 연신 폴리올레핀은 100%/분으로 더 연신하는 미다공성 폴리올레핀 막의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연신 폴리올레핀은 열처리하는 미다공성 폴리올레핀 막의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 열처리는 미연신 폴리올레핀의 융해점 보다 낮은 5-60℃의 온도로 실시하는 미다공성 폴리올레핀 막의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항의 제조방법에 의하여 획득하는 미다공성 폴리올레핀 막으로서, 주연부가 고정 구속될 때 융해점 보다 높은 온도에서도 막의 상태를 보지할 수 있는 내용단성(耐熔斷性) 미다공성 폴리올레핀 막.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 공공율(公公率 : porosity)이 20-75%인 내용단성 미다공성 폴리올레핀 막.
