Abstract
선택층과 지지층을 포함하는 기체분리용 비대칭 다공막에 일어서, 결함이 없이 치밀한 표면층과 크기가 1μm 이하의 기공이 다수 분포하여 5μm2이상의 평균기공표면적을 갖는 이면층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 분리용 비대칭 다공막은 종래의 다공막과 비교하여 미세한 기공은 물론 다공도도 크게 향상되었다.

Claims (7)
- 고분자를 공용매에 용해하여 방사용액을 제조하고, 상기 방사용액을 이중관형 구금을 통해 일정한 높이의 에어-갭을 두고 침전 용액을 포함하는 응고액조로 방사한 후, 수세 및 건조하는 공정을 포함하는 비대칭성 다공막의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기한 공용매는 고분자에 대하여 용해도가 큰 주용매와 이 주용매보타 끊는점 온도가 크게 낮은 보조용매를 포함하고, 상기 방사용액은 25∼40중량%의 고분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대칭성 다공막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자는 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리카보네이트로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주용매는 N-메틸피롤리돈, N, N-디메틸포름아마이드, 디메틸아세트아마이드, 디메틸설폭사이드 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조용매는 테트라하이드로퓨란, 메틸아세테이트, 에틸아세테이트, 1, 2-디클로로 에탄, 아세톤, 메틸렌 클로라이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 침전용액으로는 10~40℃의 물을 사용하는 제조방법.
- 제1항의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 결함이 없이 치밀한 표면층과; 크기가 1μm 이하의 기공이 다수 분포하여 5μm2이상의 평균기공표면적을 갖는 이면층을; 포함하는 기체분리용 비대칭성 다공막.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기공의 크기가 0.5μm 이하인 기체분리용 비대칭성 다공막.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
