Claims (6)

  1. (1) 비결정성 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기 중합체를 이를 탈장화시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 불활성 기체스트림의 존재하에서 또는 진공하에서 약 80℃ 내지 약 140℃범위 이내의 온도로 가열하고, (2) 상기 탈장화된 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기중합체를 교반시키면서 약 150℃ 내지 약 260℃범위이내의 온도로 연속적으로 가열하여 결정화된 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기중합체를 생성함을 특징으로 하는 비결정성 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기중합체의 결정화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 명시한 방법에 의해 제조한 결정화된 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기중합체를 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 수지를 제조하기에 충분한 시간 동안 그의 점착 온도보다 약 50℃ 내지 약 1℃ 낮은 온도로 가열함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기 중합체를 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 수지로 고상중합시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비결정성 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기 중합체를 에틸렌 글리콜과 2,6-나프탈렌다카복실산의 용융 중합에 의해 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비결정성 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기중합체가 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 단일중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비결정성 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기 중합체를 약 115℃ 내지 약 137℃범위이내의 온도로 가열하고 상기 탈장화된 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기 중합체를 약 180℃ 내지 약 220℃범위이내의 온도로 가열함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비결정성 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 초기 중합체를 약 120℃ 내지 약 135℃범위이내의 온도로 가열하고 상기 결정화 단계를 약 190℃ 내지 약 200℃범위이내의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
