Claims (10)

  1. 장치를 약 70℃ 이상의 온도에서 성형시킨다는 점에서 개선이 이루어진, 합성의 생흡수성 중합체로 부터 제조되는 후처리가 된 보철장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 후처리가 어니일링 및/또는 살균으로 구성되는 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 후처리 후의 장치의 치수변화가 본질상 제로라는 점에서 개선이 이루어진, 적어도 한개의 글리콜산 에스테르 결합을 함유하는 합성의 생흡수성 중합체로 부터 성형이 된 문합고리 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 약 6%까지의 극한 굽힘 변형율을 갖는 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 약 32,000psi의 극한 굽힘 강도를 갖는 장치.
  6. 고형량만큼의 중합체를 성형기 안에 집어넣고; 중합체에게 약 2-5분 동안 약 240-255℃의 온도를 가해줌으로써 중합체를 용해시키고; 중합체 용해물을 오리피스로 옮기고; 중합체 용해물을 약 8000-9000 파운드/(인치)2(562-633kg/cm2)의 압력하에 상기 오리피스로 부터 밀폐 주형 공동(空洞) 안으로 사출시키고; 상기 중합체를 약 70-90℃의 온도하에 약 1분이하의 시간 동안 상기 주형 공동안에 그대로 두고; 성형된 보철 장치를 상기 주형 공동에서 꺼내고; 상기 성형된 보철장치에 후처리를 해주는 것으로 구성되는, 합성의 생흡수성 중합체로 부터 성형된 보철장치를 제조하는 개선된 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 성형기가 사출 또는 취입 또는 압출 성형기인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 사출 성형기 공동내의 중합체의 최대 두께가 약 0.25인치인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 후처리가 상기 보철장치를 적어도 약 755mmHg의 진공하에 적어도 약 110℃의 온도에서 어니일링 시킨 후에 살균하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 어니일링이 적어도 약 757mmHg의 진공하에 적어도 약 110℃에서 약 2-3시간 동안 수행되는 방법.
