Abstract

본 발명은 스텝너트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 자동이송장치의 호퍼에 원료를 투입하게 된 원료 투입공정과, 상기 원료투입공정에서 투입된 원료를 소정온도로 가열하게 된 원료가열공정, 상기 가열된 원료를 사출실린더를 이용하여 코어가 일체로 형성된 금형의 캐비티에 사출 충진하게 된 사출공정, 상기 사출공정후 소정시간동안 금형을 상온으로 냉각시키게된 냉각공정, 상기 냉각된 금형으로부터 제품을 취출하게 된 제품취출공정 및, 상기 사출성형된 제품을 100℃로 가열된 물에 1시간 내지 2시간동안 열처리하게 된 열처리공정으로 이루어져 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동이송장치의 호퍼에 원료를 투입하게 된 원료 투입공정과, 상기 원료투입공정에서 투입된 원료를 소정온도로 가열하게 된 원료가 열공정, 상기 가열된 원료를 사출실린더를 이용하여 코어가 일체로 형성된 금형의 캐비티에 사출충진하게 된 사출공정, 상기 사출공정후 소정시간동안 금형을 상온으로 냉각시키게된 냉각공정, 상기 냉각된 금형으로부터 제품을 취출하게 된 제품취출공정 및, 상기 사출성형된 제품을 100℃로 가열된 물에 1시간 내지 2시간동안 열처리하게 된 열처리공정으로 이루어진 스텝너트의 제조방법.
