Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу инжекционной формовки выдуванием, при котором расплавленную смолу инжектируют в инжекционную полость, образованную инжекционной формой, вырезной формой и инжекционным сердечником для формирования заданной заготовки, причем время охлаждения этой заготовки существенно сокращено для образования жесткого поверхностного слоя на внешней поверхности заготовки без увеличения его толщины, после чего заготовку извлекают из инжекционной формы и переносят в форму для формовки выдуванием с горловой частью, поддерживаемой вырезной формой, в то время как поверхностный слой сохраняет конфигурацию заготовки и внутренняя часть заготовки имеет высокую температуру, выдувают в пустотелое формованное изделие, например бутылку, у которой большая часть является сверхтонкой, в момент, когда температура поверхности заготовки, которая растет из-за ее собственной внутренней теплоты, является существенно более высокой, чем температура стеклования (Tg), и достигает пика температуры.
