- ABCD 經濟部中央橾準局員工消费合作社印製 六、申請專利範圍 1. 一種射出延伸吹氣成型方法,包括如下步驪: 将熔融樹脂射出《充於由射出楔、唇棋及芯楔所界定 之凹腔中以形成意欲之預成形物; 積極的縮短預成形物之冷却時藺而在不增加厚度下, 在該預成形物之外表面形成硬霣之皮層; 在預成形物之皮層可保持預成形物之形態且其内部仍 高溫狀態時,藉唇樓挟持該預成形物之口部,使其自射出 模及芯模脱離(脱樓); 將該預形成物移送至吹氣模中;及 當該預成形物因本身内部之熱,使其表面溫度上昇至 明顔高於玻璃轉化溫度(Tg)且認為到達离峰溫度時,對該 預成形物實施延伸吹氣,使其主要部份成為超薄型之中空 成形品。 2. 如申讅專利範函第1項之方法,其特微包括: 於熔融樹脂射出Λ充於Η腔後,將所定壓力之氣龌壓 入熔融狀態之預成形物及芯棋之界面,藉該氣壓隔離預成 形物之内表面及芯模之外表面,並將預成形物推壓至凹腔 表面以稹極的使該預成形物之外表面急冷。 3. 如申請專利範圃第1或2項之方法,其待想[包括 :由聚對苯二甲酸乙酯構成之預成形物之脱棋傜於脱棋直 後之預成形物之表面溫度為約70t:之範臞時進行;並於酋 該預成形物因本身内部之熱,使其表面溫度上昇至1 0 5 -12- I ^ ^ 衣 n 訂 n n I ^ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本纸張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS } Λ4規格(210X297公嫠} A8 B8 C8 D8 々、申請專利範圍 以上之高溫領域且認為到達高峰溫度時,對該預成形物實 施延伸吹氣,使其主要部伤之壁厚成0.07〜0.15BB之超 薄型之中空成形品。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 線 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 -13- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS〉A4規格(210X297公釐)
