Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本発明は合成樹脂による射出ブローボトルの製造方法及
びブロー成形品に関するものである。
〈従来の技術〉 従来、合成樹脂によってブロー成形品を製造するには第
7図に示す如くパリソンaを予め射出成形によって口部
すの下端に成形し、該/<リソンa内に高圧空気を吹き
込んで割型Cと底型とで形成した形状にブロー成形し、
且つ割型Cの内面に彫刻した模様dをパリソン表面に転
写することにより成形品表面に模様を現出していた。
〈発明が解決しようとする問題点〉 上記従来の方法でブロー成形する場合、1品度をリソン
aが割型C内面へ完全に密着しない為、成形品表面へ模
様dを明確に転写し得ない問題があり、特に成形品の肩
部がエツジまたは(ijl1面の模様dが微細な場合は
転写性が極めて悪くなり、更には成形品肩部にオーバハ
ングを生して所定の形状模様に成形することが不可能と
なる問題があった。
本発明は従来の上記問題点を解決すべく開発されたもの
である。
く問題点を解決するための手段〉 図面を参照して上記問題点を解決するための本発明に係
る一手段を説明すると、第1図に示す如く割型lの上部
からコアー2を、また下部からキャビティー3を夫々挿
入し得る如くして射出金型4が構成されている。また前
記コアー2とキャビティー3によってパリソン用空#j
5が形成され、更に該空隙5の外側に成形品の外表面形
成用空隙6が前記空隙5と連通ずる如く割型1とキャビ
ティー3との間に形成され、且つ外表面形成用空隙6を
形成ノーろυ1型lの内表面には模様7が彫刻されてい
る。また14面中8はキャビティー3に設けられた樹脂
射出ン易道であり、9はコアー2内に設けられた空気吹
き込み口である。
次に上記の如く構成された金型4によってブロー成形す
る場合について説明すると、コアー2及びキャビティー
3を一定温度に加熱すると共にillll型合却した状
態で湯道8より空隙5及び6内に合成樹脂を射出する。
このとき外表面形成用空隙6に充填された樹脂は充填圧
力により割型lの壁面に彫刻された模様7に完全密着し
て冷却固化して模様7が完全に転写された側壁10を形
成するが、パリソン用空隙5に充填された樹脂は加熱状
態が維持され、固化することなくブロー可能な温度に保
持されたパリソン11として成形される。
次に第2図に示す如くキャビティー3を回転若しくはス
ライド等の方法により取り外し、これと交換して冷却さ
れたブローキャビティー底型12を、!′lI型lの下
部に挿入し、その後空気吹き込み口9から高圧空気をパ
リソンll内に吹き込み、ブロー可能に保持されたパリ
ソン11を延伸し°ζ側壁lOの内面及び底型12の内
面に密着させると共に冷却固化させて肩部及び側壁が二
重となったブロー成形品13を形成する。
次に上記の々U<して形成した成形品I3を第3図に示
す様に割型lから離型して表面に模様7が明確に転写さ
れた二重壁のブロー成形品13を1することが出来る。
〈実施例〉 本発明の実施例としては第4図に示す如くブローキャビ
ティー底型12!を筒状12.に形成しておくことによ
り、第5図に示す如く成形品13の(!l!I璧lOと
ブローされたパリソン11との間に空間14を形成する
ことも出来る。上記構成にすれば成形品側壁10に1す
1窄が加わっても空間14が緩tfi祠の役割を果たし
、ブローされたパリソンへのIi Yを減少して収納商
品の保護を図ることが出来る。
また第6図に示すQ■り側壁10を側壁全体の一部分の
長さにしてブロー成形することによって成形品の局部及
び一部の側壁lOオのみを二重にしたブロー成形品を得
ることが出来る。この場合でも]〔1部及び一部の側壁
lO3には模様7を完全転写することは可能であり、且
つ射出樹脂は少なくて済むことになる。
〈発明の効果〉 本発明は上述の如く樹脂射出時にパリソンを形成すると
同時に該パリソンの外側に成形品外表面を射出成形する
ので樹脂の射出と同時に成形品外表面に模様を鮮明に転
写することが出来る。従って従来のブロー成形では不可
能であった微細なる模様をブロー成形品表面に現出する
ことが出来、また成形品の局部及び側壁を従来の如くパ
リソンのブロー成形によって成形しない為、肩部内面の
オーバハングをパリソン成形時点で肉厚をコントロール
することにより防止することが出来、更に従来の外側壁
部を別成形し、ブロー型内にインサートして成形するイ
ンサートブロー成形方法に比べれば本発明は金型内同時
一体成形の為、工程的に節電となり且つコスト的にも安
価となる。更に本発明に係る成形品は肩部及びll!1
壁が二重構追とムるl)にIL来の成形品に比べζiJ
凸“冒・ii J:’51も強い等の特徴を有するもの
である。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)内面所定位置に模様を彫刻した割型の上部よりコ
    アーを、また下部よりキャビティーを夫々挿入してコア
    ーとキャビティーの間にパリソン用空隙を形成すると共
    に割型とキャビティーの間に前記パリソン用空隙と連通
    する外表面形成用空隙を形成し、前記コアー及びキャビ
    ティーを一定を温度に加熱すると共に割型を冷却して前
    記パリソン用空隙及び表面形成用空隙に合成樹脂を射出
    してパリソン及びその外側に成形品の外表面壁を形成し
    、次に前記キャビティーに換えて割型下部より冷却した
    所定形状のブローキャビティー底型を挿入し、前記パリ
    ソン内に高圧空気を吹き込んでパリソンを前記底型内面
    に延伸密着させて構成してなる二重壁ブロー成形品の製
    造方法。
  2. (2)口部の下端に肩部及び側壁を形成してなり、前記
    口部の下端且つ側壁内部にブローパリソンを形成したこ
    とを特徴としてなるパリソン。
  3. (3)口部、肩部、側壁及び底面よりなるブロー成形品
    に於いて、前記肩部及び側壁の内部にパリソン延伸した
    内壁面を形成したことを特徴としてなる二重壁ブロー成
    形品。
