Claims (23)
- 코어상에 예비 성형품을 성형시킨 다음 개구 말단부위를 단면이 일정한 코어의 표면 부위와 함께 융착시키고:상기 예비 성형품의 개구 말단 부위와 코어의 표면 부위 사이와의 융착 상태를 유지하면서 예비성형품과 코어를 예비성형품의 몸체 부위와 코어 사이에 있어 일정한 간격이 형성되도록 서로 상대적으로 이동시키고:예비 성형품을 코어로부터 일정한 간격을 두고 적어도 한번의 온도 조절을 달성하고: 온도 조절이 달성된 예비 성형품을 최종 중공 제품의 형태로 취입 성형 시킴을 특징으로 하여, 개구 말단부위 및 말단 부위가 폐쇄된 중공 몸체 부위를 갖는 열가소성 물질의 예비 성형품이 코어상에 나타나도록 하는 취입 성형방법에 의해 중공 제품을 제조하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도의 조절을 수행하여 이축 배향된 중공 제품을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 예비 성형품의 외부표면 부위에서 예비 성형품의 내부 표면 부위로 열을 전달시켜 예비 성형품의 온도 분포를 바람직하게 함으로써 온도의 조절을 달성함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제3항에 있어서, 예비 성형품의 내부 표면부위와 외부표면 부위에 있어서 온도가 거의 동일하게 될 때까지 온도의 조절을 달성함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 상기 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 바람직한 온도의 가스를 예비 성형품의 내부 및 / 또는 외부 표면 부위에 공급하여 바람직한 온도 조건을 달성함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 상기 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 코어로 부터 일정한 간격을 유지하고 온도가 조절된 다음의 예비 성형품을 중간 형태로 예비 취입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제6항에 있어서, 중간 형태로 취입된 다음의 예비 성형품을 중공 제품의 최종형태로 취입 성형시키기 이전에 이의 온도를 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 코어(20)가 일정한 단면의 융착 부위(21) 및 융착부위의 단면이 융착부위에서 코어 말단 부위(25)로 갈수록 계속해서 줄어드는 몸체 부위(24)를 가지며, 상기일정한 단면의 융착 부위와 함께 융착접촉되어 있는 예비성형품의 개구 말단 부위(2)를 고정시킬 수 있도록 크램프 장치가 제공되며, 상기의 코어 및 크램프 장치가, 상기의 융착 접촉 상태를 유지하면서 상대적으로 이동되어 예비 성형품이 코어상에 있을 때 이의 부위와 코어 사이에 일정한 간격이 형성되도록 제공됨을 특징으로 하여, 열가소성 예비 성형품을 성형시키는 동안 이를 지지하며 이를 취입 성형시킬때 이의 내부로 유체를 공급하기 위한 코어로 이루어진, 중공 제품의 취입 성형용 장치
- 제8항에 있어서, 코어의 환상의 단면이 축 주위에 대하여 대칭적으로 배치되고, 융착 부위가 실린더형이고, 몸체 부위가 프루스토(frusto)-원추형이고, 부드러운 변화 부위가 실린더형 부위와 프루스토-원추형 부분을 상호 연결하며, 말단부위가 프루스토-원추형 부분으로 끝남을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제9항에 있어서, 말단 부위가 거의 반구형임을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제8항,9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 예비성형품이 이의 성형을 통해 코어상에 있어 융착 접촉 상태가 유지되고 이어서 예비 성형품이 취입 성형될 수 있도록 크램프 장치가 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제8항,9항,10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 크램프가 예비성형품 개구 말단 부위 외부의 나선형 형태(5)와 경계함을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제8항 내지 12항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 코어와 함께 상호 가동되어 코어의 주위에 예비 성형품의 성형에 대한 사출 성형 캐비티를 형성시키기 위한 사출 금형 어셈블리(A)와 열가소성 물질을 상기 캐비티내로 사출시켜 상기 코어 주위으 캐비티 내에 예비성형품을 성형시키기 위한 열가송 물질 압출기(42)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제13항에 있어서, 코어와 함께 융착 접촉되어 있는 예비 성형품이 취입 성형되어 이축배향된 컨테이너가 형성될 수 있도록 코어와 함께 상호 가동되는 취입 성형 어셈블리(B)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제14항에 있어서, 코어상의 예비성형품과 함께 코어를 그의 사출 성형 어셈블리와의 상호 가동단계에서 그의 취입 성형 어셈블리와의 상호 가동단계로 이동시키는 장치(44,46,47)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제15항에 있어서, 크램프 장치를 이동 장치로써 코어와 함께 이동시킴을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서, 제1크램프 장치를 취입 성형 어셈블리에 배치시키고 그외의 크램프장치는 사출 성형 어셈블리에 배치시킴을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제8항 내지 17항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 다수의 코어(20)및 다수의 사출금형과 이와 동수의 취입 금형을 갖는 사출취입 성형장치에 결합된 상기 코어(20)와 동수의 크램프 장치(22)로 이루어진 장치
- 제8항 내지 18항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 예비 형성품을 취입 성형시키기 이전에 예비 성형품의 온도 조절을 보조하기 위한 장치(63)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치
