Claims (20)
- 증기상으로 폴리비닐 알코올 분리층에 작용하는 산처리에 의하여 폴리비닐 알코올 분리층을 후가교 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교된 폴리비닐 알코올의 분리층으로 이루어지고, 투석증발에 의하여 유기성분을 함유한 유체혼합물로부터 물을 분리시키기 위한 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산이 염산, 아황산, 황산, 아질산, 질산, 초산 또는 그 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서 산이 산을 유리시키는 화합물에 의하여 그대로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 산유리 화합물이 탄소 할라이드. 특히 α,w- 디할로겐 알칸인 것을 특징을 하는복합막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 산유리 화합물이 염, 특히 암모늄염인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1-5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 100℃-230℃, 특히 130℃-180℃의 온도에서 후가교반응을 수행한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1-6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후가교반응을 산소부분 압력 1-100mbar, 특히 1-50mbar에서 산소 함유가스 존재하에 수행한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1-7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후가교 반응시킨 폴리비닐 알코올층이 에테르화, 에스테르화 및 또는 아세틸화에 의한 예비 가교 반응에 의하여 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1-8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리층이 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리술폰, 폴리에트르 술폰, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리우레탄 또는 가수분해된 셀룰로스 아세테이트로 이루어진 다공성 받침층에 놓인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제9항에 있어서, 다공성 받침층이 평균 기공입도 5-100nm, 특히 10-50nm인 비대칭 기공구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제9또는 10항에 있어서, 다공성 받침층이 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, PTFE, 면, 탄소, 유리 또는 금속섬유의 천 또는 플리스인 강화층에 놓은 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1-11항 중 어느한 항에 있어서, 분리층의 폴리비닐 알코올을 50-100% 특히 98-100%의 양으로 가수분해 시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1-12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리층의 폴리비닐 알코올이 분자량 20,000-200,000, 특히 100,000-150,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1-8, 10,12및 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막이 다공성 받침층과 아민 내성 물질의 강화층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제14항에 있어서 다공성 받침층이 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르 술폰, 폴리에테르아미드, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 가수분해된 셀룰로스 트리아 세테이트, 폴리페닐렌 술파이드 또는 부분적으로 플루오르화된 폴리올레핀의 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제14또는 15항에 있어서, 강화층이 면, 금속, 폴리올레핀, 플루오르화 폴리올레핀, 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르 이미드, 폴리페닐렌 술파이드 또는 탄소 섬유로 이루어진 매우 다공성인 유연성 천 또는 플리스이거나, 또는 강화층이 유리, 세라믹, 흑연 또는 금속의 다공성 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 탈수될 유체 혼합물을 복합막의 제1측면에 접촉시키고, 반면에 막의 제2측면위 물의 화학 포텐셜을 제1측변위 물의 화학 포텐셜보다 낮은 수치로 유지시키는 투석증발에 의하여 유기성분을 함유한 유체 혼합물로부터 물을 분리시키는 방법에 있어서, 제1-13항중 한가지의 복합막으로 수행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성분을 함유한 유체 혼합물로부터 투석증발에 의한 물의 분리방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 제14-16항중 한가지의 복합막으로 수행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 함유 아민용액을 탈수시키기 위한 분리방법.
- 제17 또는 18항에 있어서, 탈수될 유체혼합물이 액체 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리방법.
- 제17 또는 18항에 있어서, 탈수될 유체혼합물이 증기형태, 특히 포화증기인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
