- 최소한 하나의 유압펌프와, 이 유압펌프에서 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 복수의 유압액류에이터와, 유압펌프와 각 유압액튜에이터의 사이에 접속되고, 조작수단의 조작신호에 따라서 각 유압액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 압력보상이 되는 유량제어밸브를 구비한 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치에 있어서, 유압펌프의 토출압력과 복수의 유압액튜에이터의 최대부하 압력과의 차압을 검출하는 제1의 검출수단과, 유압펌프의 토출압력을 검출하는 제2의 검출수단과, 상기 제1의 검출수단의 차압신호에서 그 차압을 일정하게 유지하는 유압펌프의 차압목표토출량 Q△P을 연산하는 제1의 수단과, 최소한 상기 제2의 검출수단의 압력신호와 미리 설정된 유압펌프의 입력제한 함수에서 유압펌프의 입력제한 목표토출량 QT을 연산하는 제2의 수단과, 상기 차압목표토출량 Q△P과 입력제한목표 토출량QT의 어느 한쪽을 유압펌프의 토출량 목표치 Qo로서 선택하고, 유압펌프의 토출량이 이 입력제한 목표토출량 QT를 초과하지 않도록 제어하는 제3의 수단과, 상기 제3의 수단으로 상기 입력제한 목표토출량 QT이 선택되었을때에 최소한 상기 차압목표토출량 Q△P과 입력제한 목표토출량 QT에 따라서 상기 유압액튜에이터의 총소비가능 유량을 제한하기 위한 보정치 Qns를 연산하고, 이 보정치 Qns에 따라서 상기 압력보상이 되는 유량제어밸브를 제어하는 제4의 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 수단은 상기 보정치 Qns에 의해 상기 압력보상이 되는 유량제어밸브의 압력보상밸브를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 수단은 상기 보정치 Qns에서 조작신호 보정계수 α를 연산하고, 이 조작신호 보정계수 α에 의해 상기 조작수단의 조작신호를 보정하고, 이 보정된 조작신호에 의해 상기 압력보상이 되는 유량제어밸브를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 수단은 상기 차압목표 토출량 Q△P과 입력제한 목표토출량 QT이 작은 쪽을 상기 유압펌프의 토출량목표치 Qo로서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 수단은 상기 보정치 Qns가 0일때는 상기 차압목표토출량 Q△P을 상기 유압펌프의 토출량 목표치 Qo로서 선택하고, 보정치 Qns가 0이 아닌 때는 상기 입력제한 목표토출량 QT을 상기 유압펌프의 토출량 목표치 Qo로서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유량구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 수단은 상기 차압목표 토출량 Q△P과 입력제한 목표토출량 QT의 편차로서 목표토출량편차 △Q를 구하는 가산수단을 가지며, 최소한 이 목표토출량편차 △Q를 사용해서 상기 보정치 Qns를 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 수단은 다시 상기 목표토출량 편차 △Q에서 그 편차를 0으로 하기 위한 보정치 Qns의 증가분치 △Qns를 연산하고, 이 값을 전번 연산된 보정치 Qns-1에 가산해서 보정치 Qns를 구하는 적분형 연산수단과, 상기 보정치 Qns가 마이너스의 값일때는 Qns=0으로 하는 리미터수단을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 수단은 상기 제1의 검출수단의 차압신호와 미리 설정된 목표차압의 차압편차 △P′를 연산하는 가산수단을 가지며, 상기 제4의 수단은 다시 상기 차압편차 △P′가 플러스일때는 0을 출력하고, 마이너스일때는 이 차압편차 △P′와 같은 값 △P″을 출력하는 필터수단과, 상기 목표투출량편차 △Q가 마이너스일때는 상기 필터수단의 출력 △P′을 선택하고, 상기 목표토출량편차 △Q가 플러스일때는 상기 가산수단의 출력 △P′를 선택하는 선택수단과, 상기 선택수단으로 선택된 값 △P″ 또는 △P′에서 상기 보정치 Qns를 연산하는 연산수단을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 수단은 다시 상기 보정치 Qns와 미리 설정된 옵셋치와의 편차를 연산하고, 그 결과 얻어진 값 Qnso을 최종적인 보정치로서 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 수단은 상기 제1의 검출수단의 차압신호에서 그 차압을 일정하게 유지하기 위한 차압목표토출량 Q△P의 증가치 △Q△P를 연산하고, 이 값을 전번 연산된 차압목표토출량 Qo-1에 가산해서 차압목표토출량 Q△P을 구하는 적분형 연산수단이고, 상기 제2의 수단은 상기 제2의 검출수단의 입력신호를 상기 유압펌프의 입력제한함수에서 구한 목표토출압력 Pr으로 제어하기 위한 입력제한 목표토출량 QT의 증가치 △Qps를 연산하고, 이 값을 전번 연산된 입력제한 목표토출량 Qo-1에 가산해서 입력제한 목표토출량 QT을 구하는 적분형 연산수단이고, 상기 제3의 수단은 상기 차압목표토출량 Q△P의 증가치 △Q△P와 입력제한 목표토출량 QT의 증가치 △Qps중 어느 한쪽을 선택해서, 상기 차압목표토출량 Q△P가 입력제한 목표토출량 QT중 어느 한쪽을 선택하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 수단의 입력제한 함수가 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력과 입력제한 목표토출량중 어느 한쪽을 파라미터로 한 입력토크 제한함수이며, 이 제2의 수단은 상기 제2의 검출수단의 압력신호와 이 입력토크 제한함수에서 상기 유압펌프의 입력제한 목표토출량 QT를 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프를 구동하는 원동기의 목표회전수와 실제회전수의 편차를 구하는 제3의 검출수단을 다시 구비하고, 상기 제2의 수단의 입력제한 함수가 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력 및 입력제한 목표토출량중 어느 한쪽과 상기 원동기의 회전수편차를 파라미터로 한 입력토크 제한함수이며, 이 제2의 수단은 상기 제2의 검출수단의 압력신호, 상기 제3의 검출수단의 회전수편차 신호 및 상기 입력토크 제한함수에서 상기 유압펌프의 입력제한 목표토출량 QT를 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드센싱 유압구동회로의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
