Claims (11)
- 가변용량형의 최소한 1대의 유압펌프(1)와, 이 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 구동되는 최소한 하나의 유압액튜에이터(2)와, 상기 유압펌프와 액튜에이터의 사이에 접속되어, 액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 유량제어밸브(3)를 구비한 로드 센싱제어유압구동회로의 유압펌프의 제어장치로서, 상기 유압펌프이 토출압력과 상기 액튜에이터의 부하압력과 차압과 목표차압과의 차압편차에 의거하여 목표배기량을 구하여, 상기 토출압력과 부하압력과의 차압이 목표차압으로 유지되도록 상기 유압펌프의 배기량을 제어하는 유압펌프의 제어장치에 있어서, (a) 상기 목표차압이 가변치로서 설정되어 있는 제1의 수단(202)고, (b)상기 가변치로서의 목표차압으로부터 구해지는 상기 차압 편차가 증가하면 커지고, 감소하면 작아지는 동시에, 상기 목표차압이 작아지면 비교적 작은 차압편차로 커지는 제어계수를 결정하는 제2의 수단(203,210∼213)과, (c) 상기 가변치로서의 목표차압으로부터 구해지는 상기 차압편차와 상기 제어계수로부터 상기 목표배기량을 결정하는 제3의 수단(205,206)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 수단은 상기 목표차압이 작아지면 상기 차압편차의 변화폭을 크게 보정하는 제2의 수단(210,211)과, 이 보정된 차압편차에 의거하여 상기 제어계수를 결정하는 제5의 수단(203,212,213)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 수단은 상기 목표차압이 작이지면 커지는 제1의 보정계수를 연산하는 수단(210)과, 상기 차압편차에 상기 제1의 보정계수를 곱하여 당해 차압편차를 보정하는 수단(211)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제5의 수단은 상기 보정된 차압편차로부터 이 차압편차가 증가하면 커지고, 감소하면 작아지는 제2의 보정 계수를 연산하는 수단(212)고, 기본제어계수가 미리 설정되어 있는 수단(203)과, 이 기본제어계수에 상기 제2이 보정계수를 곱하여 상기 제어계수를 연산하는 수단(213)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 수단은 상기 목표차압이 작아지면 커지는 제1의 보정계수를 연산하는 수단(210)과, 상기 차압편차로 부터 이 차압편차가 증가하면 커지고, 감소하면 작아지는 제2의 보정계수를 연산하는 수단(212)과, 상기 제1의 보정계수에 상기 제2의 보정계수를 곱하여 상기 제어계수를 연산하는 수단(300)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 수단은 상기 차압편차가 증가하면 커지고, 감소하면 작아지는 동시에, 상기 목표차압이 작아지면 비교적 작은 차압편차로 큰 값으로 되는 제2의 보정계수를 연산하는 수단(210∼212;210,212,300)과, 기본제어계수가 미리 설정되어 있는 수단(203)과, 이 기본제어계수에 상기 제2의 보정계수를 곱하여 상기 제어계수를 연산하는 수단(213)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프를 구동하는 원동기의 회전수를 검출하는 수단(18)을 더 구비하고, 상기 제1의 수단(202)은 상기 검출한 회전수가 커지면 증가하고, 작아지면 감소하는 값으로 하여 상기 목표차압을 설정하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압구동회로의 작동유(作動油)의 온도를 검출하는 수단(401)을 더구비하고, 상기 제1의 수단(404,407)은 상기 검출한 유온(油溫)이 커지면 감소하고, 작아지면 증가하는 값으로 하여 상기 목표 차압을 설정하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압구동회로가 탑재되는 유압기계의 작업모드를 지정하는 작업모드신호를 출력하는 수단(402)을 더 구비하고, 상기 제1의 수단(405)은 복수의 작업모드에 대응하여 복수의 상이한 목표차압이 기억되어 있으며, 상기 작업모드신호에 따라 그 지정된 작업모드에 대응하는 목표차압을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프가 구동하는 원동기의 회전수를 검출하는 수단(18)과, 상기 유압구동회로의 작동유의 온도를 검출하는 수단(401)과, 상기 유압구동회로가 탑재되는 유압기계의 작업 모드를 지정하는 작업모드신호를 출력하는 수단(402)을 더 구비하고, 상기 제1의 수단은 상기 검출한 회전수가 커지면 증가하고, 작아지면 감소하는 회전수보정계수를 연산하는 수단(403)과, 상기 검출한 유온이 커지면 증가하고, 자강지면 증가하는 유온보정계수를 연산하는 수단(404)고, 복수의 작업모드에 대응하여 복수의 상이한 목표차압이 기억되어 있으며, 상기 작업모신호에 따라 그 지정된 작업모드에 대응하는 목표차압을 선택하는 수단(405)과, 이작업모드대응의 목표차압과 상기 회전수보정계수 및 유온보정계수로 부터 상기 가변치로서의 목표차압을 연산하는 수단(406,407)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 수단은 상기 차압편차에 상기 제어계수를 곱하여 상기 배기량의 목표변화속도를 연산하는 수단(205)과, 상기 목표변화속도를 전회 구한 목표배기량에 기산하여 새로운 목표배기량을 구하는 수단(206)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
