Claims (10)

  1. 교반 매질 분쇄기에서 분산제의 존재하에 분쇄하에 의하여 세라믹 재료를 분쇄하는 방법에 있어서, 분쇄 매질은 0.8∼3.0mm의 입도를 가지며, 존재하는 매질의 양은 인접 매질 입자사이의 평균 격리 거리가 30∼90㎛이 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 평균격리 거리는 50∼90㎛임을 특징으로 하는 분쇄방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 교반 매질 분쇄기는 마멸 분쇄기 임을 특징으로 하는 분쇄 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 마멸분쇄기는 액체 및 분쇄하고자 하는 재료가 순환되는 보존탱크를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분쇄방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 액체 및 분쇄하고자하는 재료의 순환비율은 시간당 마멸 분쇄기의 액체 분산 용량의 5-6용량임을 특징으로 하는 분쇄방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 분산제는 암모늄 폴리아크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 분쇄방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 분산제는 세라믹 재료의 용접이 존재하지 않는 비율로 분쇄공정주에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 분쇄방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조되는 세라믹 분말.
  9. 실시예의 어느 하나와 관련하여 기술한 바와 같은 분쇄방법.
  10. 실시예의 어느 하나와 관련하여 기술한 바와 같은 세라믹 분말.
