Claims (1)

  1. 생대두를 물에 침지한 후에 믹서등으로 갈아낸 생대두즙, 또는 생대두분말에 가수한 생대두즙을 끓이는 원통형의 남비를 갖추고, 이 남비를 가열하는 히이터와 남비를 회전구동시키는 구동장치를 배설하고, 남비의 회전시에 원심력으로 짜여지는 즙(두유와 두부비지의 혼합즙)을 여과하는 필터부를 착설하고, 상기 남비의 외주에는 원심력으로 짜여진 두유를 받는 외수조를 착설하고, 또 외수조의 두유추출구에 두부응고제를 넣는 성형접시를 배치하고, 이 성형 접시에 회전 교반날개를 구비하고, 또한, 상기 생대두즙을 끓이는 시간, 낭비의 원심력으로 짜내는 시간, 성형접시의 두유 교반시간의 제어를 온도센서와 제어기로 제어하는 두부제조기.
