제2도는 동상의 실시예에 의한 실효발열량 Q를 계산하는 프로챠트.

Claims (6)

  1. 흡입공기유량과 배기가스중의 공연비를 계측하고, 상기 공기유량에 따라 연료의 기본분사량을 산출하여 연료를 분사함과 동시에 배기가스중의 공연비에 따라 분사량을 피드백 보정하는 내연기관의 실린더 내 압력을 검출하는 압력검출수단과, 상기 내연기관의 크랭크각을 검출하는 크랭크각검출수단과, 상기 압력검출수단과 상기 크랭크각 검출수단의 양검출신호를 입력으로하며 1회의 점화사이클내에 있어서 압축 및, 팽창행정 중 크랭크각의 실린더내 압력 P(θ), 크랭크각 θ 및 실린더용적 V(θ)의 값으로부터 1사이클내의 연료실효발열량 Q를 산출함과 동시에 연료의 유효연산비율 K 또는 연료의 저위발열량 Hu를 산출하며 또 상기 유효연료비율 K 또는 저위발열량 Hu 중 적어도 한쪽의 값, 또는 연료분사 펄스폭 Ti와 저위발열량 Hu의 비 Ti/Hu의 값을, 사용하여 연료성상을 검출하는 제어장치등을 구비한 내연기관의 연료성상 검출장치.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 제어장치는 유효연소비율 K 또는 연료의 저위발열량 Hu 중 적어도 한쪽의 값을, 기관의 동작점을 표시하는 적어도 2개의 데이터 테이블을 작성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료성상 검출장치.
  3. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내연기관의 동작점을 표시하는 두 개의 파라미터는 토오크와 기관회전수 또는 흡기관 압력과 기관회전수 혹은 단위 회전수당의 흡입공기유량과 기관회전수중 어느하나를 조합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료성상 검출장치.
  4. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 2차원 데이터 테이블은 내연기관의 온도조건을 표시하는 파라미터마다 작성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료성상 검출장치.
  5. 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 내연기관의 온도조건을 표시한 파라미터는 내연기관 냉각수온도나 실린더벽의 온도중 적어도 한쪽을 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료성상 검출장치.
  6. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 제어장치는 1사이클내의 발열량 Q의 산출에 있어서 공기의 공연비를 K로 하고의 식을 사용하여 크랭크각 θ에 대한 실린더용적 v(θ)의 값과, v(θ)의 크랭크각 마다의 변화 dv(θ)의 값을 데이터 테이블로서 메모리에 기억시키고 계산시에 판독하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료성상 검출장치.
