제 4도는 제 2도와 제 3도의 조합효과를 알기쉽게 설명하기 위한 점화시기대 실효발열량의 관계를 표시하는 특성도.

Claims (8)

  1. 점화시기를 전자적으로 제어하는 수단 및 장치를 가진 내연기관의 실린더내 압력을 검출하는 검출수단과, 상기 내연기관의 크랭크각을 검출하는 검출수단과, 상기 양검출수단의 검출신호를 입력으로 하고 1회의 점화싸이클내에 있어서 압축 및 팽창행정중의 크랭크각에 있어서의 실린더내 압력p(θ), 크랭크각(θ) 및 실린더용적 v(θ)의 값에서 1싸이클내의 연료실효발열량 Q를 산출하며 또 연료의 유효연소비율 K 또는 연료의 저위발열량 Hu를 산출하여 실효발열양 Q 및 유효연소비율 K 중 적어도 1개에 따라 점화시기를 제어하는 제어장치등을 구비한 내연기관의 점화시기 제어장치.
  2. 청구범위 제 1항에 있어서, 제어장치는 1싸이클내의 발열량 Q의 산출에 있어서, 공기의 비열비를 K로서,로 되는 식을 사용하고 크랭크각 θ에 대한 실린더용적v(θ)의 값과, v(θ)의 크랭크각마다의 변화 dv(θ)의 값을 데이터 테이블로서 기억시켜 계산시 판독하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 점화시기 제어장치.
  3. 청구범위 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 제어장치는 1싸이클내의 발열량 Q의 산출을 코프로세서로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 점화시기 제어장치.
  4. 청구범위 제 3항에 있어서, 코프로세서로서 데이터 구동형 프로세서를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 점화시기 제어장치.
  5. 청구범위 제 2항, 제 3항, 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 1싸이클내의 연료의 실효발열량 Q의 값이 소정치 Q0보다 작을때는 점화시기를 기본점화시기로 하는 것을 특징으로하는 내연기관의 점화시기 제어장치.
  6. 청구범위 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항, 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 제어장치는 전번회 싸이클내의 연료의 실효발열량 Q의 값과 금회 싸이클내의 실효발열량 Q의 값의 절대치 |△Q|가 소정치 △Q0보다 클때이고 기관이 온 상태일때에만 점화시기를 제어하며 그 제어혹을 α+△Q에 비례시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 점화시기 제어장치.
  7. 청구범위 제 5항에 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 소정치 Q0, △Q0, α를, 기관의 동작점을 나타내는 적어도 두개의 파라미터에 대하여 미리 기억시켜두는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 점화시기 제어장치.
  8. 청구범위 제 7항에 있어서, 내연기관의 동작점을 나타내는 두개의 피라미터로서, 토크와 기관회전수 또는 흡기관압력과 기관회전수 또는 단위 회전수당의 흡임공기유량과 기관회전수중 어느 1개를 조합시키는 것을 특징으로하는 내연기관의 점화시기 제어장치.
