사용조건이 가혹한 모형용 엔진에 있어서 연료를 안전되게 공급한다
(해결수단)
엔진(1)은, 실린더 S와, 피스톤 P와, 크랭크샤프트K와, 연료분사장치(30)와, 드로틀밸브(14)과, 드로틀조정신호가 부여되는 드로틀밸브 구동수단(15)을 가진다. 회전위치센서(12)는, 엔진의 운전사이클을 검출하여 흡기행정신호를 출력한다. 글로플러그(19)에는 온도센서가 있다. 제어수단(4)은, 흡기행정신호로부터 연료분사개시 시기를 정하고, 드로틀조정신호로부터 연료분사시간을 정한다. 제어수단(4)은 온도센서의 검출한 실린더온도에 따라서 연료분사개시 시기와 연료분사시간을 보정한다. 제어수단(4)은, 드로틀조정신호의 변화율이 기준치를 넘은 경우에, 연료분사시간을 드로틀조정신호의 변화율에 따라서 보정한다. 가혹한 운전조건하에도 연료의 공급이 안정된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시의 형태의 제1예의 개략구성도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 연소실을 가지는 실린더와 상기 실린더 내를 왕복운동하는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤의 왕복운동에 따라 회전하는 크랭크샤프트를 가지는 모형용 엔진에 있어서, 상기 연소실내에 연료를 분사하는 연료분사장치와, 상기 연소실내에 공급되는 공기량을 조정하는 드로틀밸브와, 드로틀조정신호를 부여받고 상기 드로틀밸브를 조정하는 드로틀밸브 구동수단과, 상기 보형용 엔진의 운전사이클을 검출하여 행정신호를 출력하는 행정검출수단과, 상기 행정신호로부터 정해지는 연료분사개시 시기와, 상기 드로틀조정신호로부터 정해지는 연료분사 시간에 따라서, 상기 연료분사장치를 구동하는 연료분사신호를 생성하는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 행정검출수단이 상기 크랭크샤프트의 회전을 검출하는 회전검출 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모형용 엔진이 캠샤프트를 가지고 있고, 상기 행정 검출수단이 상기 캠샤프트의 회전을 검출하는 회전검출 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소실내의 온도를 검출하는 온도센서를 가져, 상기 제어수단이 상기 온도센서가 검출한 상기 연소실내의 온도에 따라서 상기 연료분사 개시시기와 상기 연료분사 시간의 적어도 어딘가 한편을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단이, 상기 드로틀조정신호의 변화율이 기준치를 넘은 경우에, 상기 드로틀조정신호에 의해서 정해지는 상기 연료분사 시간을 상기 드로틀 조정신호의 변화율에 따라서 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진.
  6. 연소실을 가지는 실린더와, 상기 실린더내의 왕복운동하는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤의 왕복운동에 따라 회전하는 크랭크샤프트와, 상기 연소실내에 연료를 분사하는 연료분사장치를 가지는 모형용 엔진의 제어방법에 있어서, 상기 연소실내의 온도를 검출하여, 검출한 상기 연소실내의 온도에 따라서 상기 연료분사장치를 제어하여 연료분사 개시시기와 연료분사 시간의 적어도 어딘가 한편을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진의 제어방법.
  7. 연소실을 가지는 실린더와, 상기 실린더내를 왕복운동하는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤의 왕복운동에 따라 회전하는 크랭크샤프트와, 상기 연소실내에 연료를 분사하는 연료분사 장치와, 상기 연소실내에 공급되는 공기량을 조정하는 드로틀밸브와, 드로틀조정신호를 부여 받고 상가 드로틀밸브를 조정하는 드로틀밸브 구동수단을가지는 모형용 엔진의 제어방법에 있어서, 상기 드로틀조정신호의 변화율이 기준치를 넘는 경우에, 상기 드로틀조정신호에 의해서 정해지는 연료분사 시간을, 상기 드로틀조정신호의 변화율에 따라서 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진의 제어방법.
