Claims (3)
- 실린더 헤드에 설치되는 예연소실과, 그 예연소실내에 연료를 분사하는 분사노즐을 포함하는 간접 분사 방식의 디젤 엔진에 있어서,상기 예연소실과는 별도로 그 예연소실에 연통하게 설치되는 가변예연소실 과;그 가변예연소실의 체적을 변화시키도록 작동하는 솔레노이드 기구와;엔진의 운전 조건에 따라 상기 솔레노이드 기구에 전원 공급을 개폐하여 상기 가변예연소실의 체적을 축소 또는 확대하도록 제어하는 전자제어장치(ECU)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 간접 분사 방식 디젤엔진의 예연소실 가변화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 예연소실의 내용적은 왕복 작동하는 피스톤에 의하여 가변되며, 그 피스톤은 솔레노이드 기구의 플런저 선단에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 간접 분사 방식 디젤엔진의 예연소실 가변화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전자제어장치는 수온센서로부터 검출된 냉각수온에 의해 엔진이 냉간시동 상태일 때, 회전수센서에 의해 검출된 엔진 회전수가 낮은 아이들 및 저속 운전상태일 때, 액셀위치센서로부터 저속 운전 신호가 검출되었을때 및 대기압센서로부터 낮은 기압이 검출되었을 때에는 상기 가변예연소실의 내용적이 감소되도록 상기 솔레노이드 기구를 구동제어하며, 그 반대의 운전 정보가 검출되었을 때에는 솔레노이드 기구를 오프하여 가변 예연소실의 내용적을 확장시키도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간접 분사 방식 디젤엔진의 예연소실 가변화 장치.
