Abstract

목적본 발명은, 배기통로의 개구율을 조정하는 배기통로 개구율 조정수단을 구비하며, 적어도 저부하 운전영역에서 엔진회전수와 스로틀밸브 개방도에 대응한 배기통로 개구율로 상기 배기통로 개구율 조정수단을 구동하여, 엔진의 운전에 바람직한 착화시기에 연소실내의 새로운 공기를 자기착화시킬 수 있는 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진에 관한 것으로서, 점화시기를 조정하는 점화시기 조정수단과, 상기 연소실내의 이상연소를 검출하는 이상연소 검출수단과, 상기 이상연소 검출수단의 검출신호에 의해 배기통로 개구율 및 점화시기로 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하고 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 배기통로의 개구율을 조정하는 배기통로 개구율 조정수단을 구비하고, 적어도 저부하 운전영역에서 엔진회전수와 스로틀밸브 개방도에 대응한 배기통로 개구율로 상기 배기통로 개구율 조정수단을 구동하여, 엔진의 운전에 바람직한 착화시기에 연소실내의 새로운 공기를 자기착화시킬 수 있는 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진에 있어서, 점화시기를 조정하는 점화시기 조정수단과, 상기 연소실내의 이상연소를 검출하는 이상연소 검출수단과, 상기 이상연소 검출수단의 검출신호에 따라 배기통로 개구율 및 점화시기를 이상연소 해소에 적합한 배기통로 개구율 및 점화시기로 제어하는 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진의 연소제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 통상연소 운전영역에서 상기 이상연소 검출수단에 의해 이상연소가 검출된 경우에 배기통로 개구율을 감소시킴과 동시에 점화시기를 지연시키고, AR연소운전영역에서 상기 이상연소 검출수단에 의해 이상연소가 검출되었을 경우에 배기통로 개구율을 증대시킴과 동시에 점화시기를 빠르게 하도록 동작하는 것을 툭징으로 하는 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진의 연소제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이상연소 검출수단은 실린더 블록과 실린더 헤드를 결합하는 볼트에 부설된 로드 셀 또는 플러그 개스킷타입의 로드 셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진의 연소제어장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이상연소 검출수단은 가속도를 검출하는 G센서 또는 연소실내의 압력을 검출하는 지압센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진의 연소제어장치.
  5. 적어도 저부하 운전영역에서 연소실내의 새로운 공기를 자기착화시킬 수 있는 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진에 있어서, 배기통로의 개구율을 조정하여 압축개시 기통내 압력을 제어하는 배기통로 개구율 조정수단과, 적어도 엔진회전수와 스로틀밸브 개방도에 대응한 배기통로 개구율로 상기 배기통로 개구율 조정수단을 구동하여, 엔진의 운전에 바람직한 착화시기에 연소실내의 새로운 공기를 자기착화시킬 수 있는 목표압축개시 기통내 압력으로 압축개시 기통내 압력을 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하며, 최소 스로틀밸브 개방도로부터 어느 개방도까지의 개방폭에 있어서의 배기통로 개구율이 상기 최소 스로틀밸브 개방도 근방의 스로틀밸브 개방도에 있어서의 배기통로 개구율보다 크게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃점화식 2싸이클엔진의 연소제어장치.
