Claims (15)

  1. 폴리올과 방향족 이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물로 되고, 3-15%의 유리이소시아네이트기를 갖는 프리폴리머 성분, 지방족 폴리이소사네이트 및 다작용성 폴리올로 되는 경화제 성분의 혼합물로 되는 무프라이머 접착제의 경화잔류물에 의해 저착,접합된 제2기질을 갖는 제1미애벌칠 섬유 보강 폴리에스테르 기질로 되는 라미네이트 복합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트가 상기 이소시아네이트기에 대해 알파 위치에 있는 지방조 탄소를 가지며, 여기서 상기 알파 탄소는 -CO2R, -CHRR′또는 -CHR′R′′이고, R,R′,R′′는 독립적으로 6내지 40의 탄소 원자수를 갖는치환 또는 비치환방향족기 또는 치환 또는 비치환 지방족기인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 복합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 이소시아네이트가 120내지 700의 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는라미네이 기질.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 이소시아네이트가 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 비스(4-이소시아네이토시클로헥실)메탄,m-크실릴렌디이소시아네이트, 1,3-비스(이소시아네이토메틸)시클로헥산, m-테트라메틸크실렌 디아소시아네이트, 디메틸-P-이소프로페닐 벤질 이소시아네이트, 트리메틸 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 2-이소시아네이토에틸-2,6-디이소시아네이토헥사노에이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 기질.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 무프라이머 접착제가 혼합된 프리폴리머 및 경화제 약 100중량부와지방족 이소시아네이트 0.5-6.0중량부로 되는 것임으 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 기질.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 무프라이머 접착제가 프리폴리머 50-85중량부, 지방족 이소시아네이트 0.5-6.0중량부 및 그 잔여부를 경화제로 하여 100중량부로 만든 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 기질.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 무프라이머 접착제가 프리폴리머 약80중량부, 경화제약 20중량부 및 m-크실릴렌디이소시아네이트 0.5-4.0중량부로 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 기질.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기무프라이머 접착제가 추가가로 우레탄 촉매를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트기질.
  9. (A)폴리올과 방향족 이소시아네이트의 반응생성물로 되고, 3-15%의 유리 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 프리폴리머, 지방족 이소시아네이트 및 다작용성 폴리에테르 폴리올로 되는 경화제의 혼합물로 되는 무프라이머 접착제를 제1미애벌칠 섬유보강 폴리에스테르 기질에 도포하고,(B)제2기질을 상기 제1 접착제 피복 미애벌칠 섬유보강 폴리에스테르 기질에 라미네이팅하는 것으로 되는 라미네이트 복합체 형성방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트 복합체를 가열하는 것을특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트가 상기 이소시아네이트기에 대해 알파 위치에 있는 지방조 탄소를 가지며, 여기서 상기 알파탄소는 -CO2R, -CORR′또는 -CORR′R″이고, R,R′,R″는 독립적으로 6내지 40의 탄소 원자수를 갖는치환 또는 비치환방향족기 또는 치환 또는 비치환 지방족기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 이소시아네이트가 120내지 700의 분자량을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 가열단계가 상기 라미네이트 기질으 약 135℃로 약 30분 동안 가열하는 것으로 되는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 이소시아네이트가 이소포론 디이소시아네이트,비스(4-이소시아네이토시클로헥실)메탄,m-크실릴렌디이소시아네이트, 1,3-비스(이소시아네이토메틸)시클로헥산, m-테트라메틸크실렌 디아소시아네이트, 디메틸-P-이소프로페닐 벤질 이소시아네이트, 트리메틸 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 2-이소시아네이토에틸-2,6-디이소시아네이토헥사노에이트 및 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트로 되는 군 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 무프라이머 접착제가 프리폴리머, 지방족 이소시아네이트,경화제, 충전제, 산화 방지제 및 착색제로 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
