Claims (6)
- 스피닝 노즐 시스템, 냉각 샤프트, 연속 갭, 디퓨저 샤프트, 연속운동 플리스 전달 컨베이어 및 작용공기를 공급하고 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어를 통해 배출공기를 끌기 위한 수단으로 구성되고, 상기 냉각 샤프트는 다수의 공기 오리피스가 제공된 샤프트벽을 구비하고, 냉각시키는데 필요한 작용공기는 공기 유동을 제공하기 위해 상기 공기 오리피스를 통해 유입 가능하고, 상기 공기 유동은 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어를 적어도 일부가 통과되는 스펀플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 디퓨저 샤프트에는 통로 횡단면부에 형성하는 다수의 피봇플랩과 상기 스펀 플리스의 다수의 무한 필라멘트 루프의 부착 길이를 조절하기 위해 상기 움직이게 하는 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플런저 전달 컨베이어의 이송 방향에서 측정된 상기 공기 유동의 폭이 조절 가능한 상기 작용공기를 공급하고 상기 배출공기를 끌기 위한 플리스 전달 컨베이어 밑에 조절 댐퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피봇플랩은 그 전체 길이에 따라 여러 설정각도로 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피봇플랩은 그 전체 길이를 따라 여러 설정각도로 조절 가능하고 탄성적으로 변형 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 스펀 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 스피닝 노즐 시스템과, 연속 갭이 제공된 냉각 샤프트와, 디퓨저 샤프트와, 연속 운동 플리스 전달 컨베이어와, 작용공기를 공급하고 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어를 통해 배출공기를 끌기 위한 수단과, 설정값으로부터 다수의 무한 필라멘트 루프의 전달 부착길이 측정값의 편차에 의해 형성된 상기 공기 유동에 대해 설정 각도가 동시에 조절 가능한 상기 디퓨저 샤프트에 제공된 수평 피봇 축을 구비한 적어도 두 대향 피봇프랩과, 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어의 이송 방향에서 측정된 상기 공기 유동의 폭이 조절 가능한 상기 작용공기를 공급하고 상기 배출공기를 끌기 위한 수단과 연결된 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어 밑의 조절댐퍼로 구성되고, 상기 냉각 샤프트는 다수의 공기 오리피스가 제공된 샤프트 벽을 구비하고, 냉각시키는데 필요한 작용공기는 공기 유동을 제공하도록 상기 공기 오리피스를 통해 유동 가능하고, 상기 공기 유동은 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어를 통해 적어도 일부 통과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 디퓨저 샤프트와, 연속 운동 플리스 전달 컨베이어와, 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어를 통해 배출공기를 끌고 작용공기를 공급하기 위한 수단과, 설정 값으로부터 다수의 무한 필라멘트 루프의 전달 부착 길이 측정 값의 편차에 의해 형성된 상기 공기 유동에 대해 설정각도가 동시에 조절 가능한 상기 디퓨저 샤프트에 제공된 수평 피봇측을 구비한 적어도 두 대향 피봇플랩으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
