Claims (8)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 피라졸 유도체:
    상기식에서, R1은 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4할로알킬기, 페닐기 또는 벤질기를 나타내고; R2및 R3중 어느 하나는또는를 나타내며; 여기서, R4
    를 나타내고; 또 여기에서, R5,R6, 및 R7은 각각 수소원자, C1-C|4알킬기, 또는 페닐기를 나타내며, R8및 R9는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C8알킬기, C3-C5알켄일기, C3-C5알킨일기, C3-C6시클로알킬기, C2-C|4알콕시알킬기, C1-C4알콕시기, 니트로기, 트리플루오로메틸기, 페닐기, 벤질기, 페녹시기, 벤질옥시기, 아미노기, C1-C4알킬아미노기, C2-C8디알킬아미노기, 시아노기, 카르복시기, C2-C5알콕시카르보닐기, C4-C7시클로알콕시카르보닐기, C3-C9알콕시알콕시카르보닐기, C2-C6알킬아미노카르보닐기, 알아미노카르보닐기, C3-C11디알키아미노카르보닐기, 피페리디노카르보닐기, 모르폴리노르보닐기, 트리메틸실릴기, C1-C4알킬티오기, C1-C|4알킬술피닐기, C1-C4또는 C1-C4알킬술포닐기를 나타내고; R6,R|7,R8및 R9모두가 수소원자를 나타내는 경우, R1은 C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4할로알킬기, 페닐기 또는 벤질기를 나타내고; R2,R3중 나머지 하나는 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4할로알킬기, C3-C6시클로알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타내며; X는 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, C1-C4알킬기, 니트로기, 사아노기, C1-C5알킬아미노기, C2-C10디알킬아미노기 및 C2-C7아실아미노기를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 C1-C4알킬기, 페닐기 또는 벤질기이고; R2가 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, C3-C8실클로알킬기 또는 C1-C4할로알킬기이며; R3또는이고; 여기서, R4
    이고, 또 여기서,R5,R6,R7,R8및 R9는 제1항에 정의한 바와 동일한 의미를 가지며; 또 X가 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, C1-C4알킬기, 시아노기 또는 C1-C|4알킬아미노기인 피라졸 유도체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 C1-C4알킬기이고; 또 R5및 R9가 수소원자인 피라졸 유도체.
  4. 유효성분으로서, 살충 및 살비 유효량의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 피라졸 유도체를 함유하고 또 살충제 및 살비제를 허용되는 보조제(들)를 함유하는 살충제 및 살비제 조성물:
    상기식에서 R1은 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4할로알킬기, 페닐기 또는 벤질기를 나타내고; R2및 R3중 어느 하나는또는를 나타내며; 여기서, R4
    또는를 나타내고; 또 여기에서, R5,R6및 R7은 각각 수소원 자, C1-C4일킬기, 또는 페닐기를 나타내며; R8및 R9는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C8알킬기, C3-C5알켄일기, C3-C|5알킨일기, C3-C6시클로알킬기, C2-C4알콕시알킬기, C3-C6시클로알킬기, C1-C4할로알콕시기, 니트로기, 트리플루오로메틸기, 페닐기, 벤질기, 페녹시기, 벤질옥시기, 아미노기, C1-C4알킬아미노기, C2-C8디알킬아미노기, 시아노기, 카르복시기, C2-C5알콕시카르보닐기, C4-C7시클로알콕시카르보닐기, C3-C9알콕시알콕시카르보닐기, C2-C6알킬아미노카르보닐기, C3-C11디알킬아미노카르보닐기,피페리디노카르보닐기,모르폴리노카르보닐기,트리메틸실릴기, C1-C4알킬티오기, C1-C4알킬술피닐기, 또는 C1-C4알킬술포닐기를 나타내고; R6,R7,R8및 R9모두가 수소원자를 나타내는 경우, R1은 C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4할로알킬기, 페닐기 또는 벤질기를 나타내고; R2및 R3중 나머지 하나는 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4할로알킬기, C3-C6시클로알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타내며; X는 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, C1-C4알킬기, 니트로기, 사아노기, C1-C5알킬아미노기, C2-C10디알킬아미노기 및 C2-C7아실아미노기를 나타낸다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R1은 C1-C4알킬기, 페닐기 또는 벤질기이고; R2가 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, C3-C3-C8시클로알킬기 또는 C1-C4할로알킬기이며, R3또는를 나타내며; 여기서, R4
    이며, 또 여기에서, R5,R6,R7,R8및 R9는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같이 동일한 의미를 가지고; 또 X가 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, C1-C4알킬기, 시아노기 또는 C1-C4알킬아미노기인 살충제 및 살비제 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R1이 C1-C4알킬기이고, 또 R5및 R9가 수소원자인 살충제 및 살비제 조성물.
  7. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 피라졸 유도체를 살충 및 살비 유효량으로 상기 해충 또는 진드기의 알 또는 유충에 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하여 및 진드기를 방제하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R1은 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4할로알킬기, 페닐기 또는 벤질기를 나타내고; R2및 R3중 어느 하나는또는를 나타내며; 여기서, R4

  8. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 화합물과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 피라졸 유도체의 제조방법:
    상기식에서 R1은 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4할로알킬기, 페닐기 또는 벤질기를 나타내고; R2및 R3중 어느 하나는또는를 나타내며; 여기서, R4
