Claims (11)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 헤테로고리 화합물,
    [상기식중, R1은 수소원자이거나 알킬 또는 페닐기이고: R2은 수소원자이거나 알킬 또는 할로알킬기이며: R3은 수소원자이거나 알킬 또는 페닐기이고:R4및 R5은 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있고 수소원자 또는 알킬기이며: Y는 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있고 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이거나,알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕실또는 할로알콕실기이고; R6는 알킬, 할로알킬, 알케닐, 할로알케닐, 알키닐, 할로알키닐, 알콕시알킬, 알킬티오알킬 또는 시클로알킬기이거나,(식중, V는 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며, 할로겐 원자이거나, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕실 또는 할로알콕실기이다)이며; Z는 산소 또는 황 원자이고; m 및 n은 각각 1~5의 정수이다.]
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, R1은 수소원자 또는 알킬기이고; R2은 알킬기이며; R5은 수소원자 또는 알킬기이고; R4및 R5은 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며, 수소원자 또는 알킬기이고: Y는 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이거나, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕실 또는 할로알콕실기이며; R6은 알킬, 할로알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 알콕시알킬이거나,(식중, V는 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이거나, 알킬 할로알킬, 알콕실 또는 할로알콕실기이다)이고; Z는 산소 원자이며; m 및 n은 각각 1 또는 2의 정수인 헤테로고리 화합물.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, R1및 R2은 각각 메틸기이고; R3은 수소원자이며, R4및 R5은 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고; Y는 각각 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이거나, 알킬, 할로알킬 또는 할로알콕실기이며; R6은 알킬, 할로알킬, 시클로알킬기이거나,(식중, V는 각각 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이거나, 알킬, 할로알킬, 또는 알콕실기이다)인 헤테로고리 화합물.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, R4및 R5은 각각 수소원자이고; Y는 각각 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이거나, 알킬 또는 할로알킬기이며; R6은 알킬, 할로알킬, 또는 시클로알킬기이거나,(식중, V는 각각 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이다)이고; m 및 n은 각각 1 인 헤테로고리 화합물.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 하기의 화합물의 군에서 선택된 헤테로고리 화합물,
    1,3-디메틸-5-(p-플루오로페녹시)피라졸-4-카르보알독심-0-2-플루오로-3-페닐-2-프로페닐 에테르, 1,3-디메틸-5-페녹시피라졸-4-카르보알독실-0-2-플루오로-3-페닐-2-프로페닐 에테르-1,3-디메틸-5-(p-3차-부틸페녹시)피라졸-4-카르보알독심-0-2-플루오로-3-3-페닐-2-프로페닐에테르,-1,3-디메틸-5-페녹시파라졸-4-카르보알독심-0-2-0-플루오로-3-(p-플루오로페닐)-2-프로페닐에테르,-1,3-디메틸-5-페녹시피라졸-4-카르보알독심-0-2-플루오로-3-(p-클로로페닐)-2-프로페닐 에테르,-1,3-디메틸-5-페녹시피라졸-4-카르보알독심-0-2-플루오로-3-(p-트리플루오로메틸페닐)-2-프로페닐에테르,-1,3-디메틸-5-시클로헥실옥시피라졸-4-카르보알독심-0-2-플루오로-3-(p-클로로페닐)-2-프로페닐 에테르,-1,3-디메틸-5-2차-부틸옥시피라졸-4-카르보알독심-0-2-플루오로-3-(p-클로로페닐)-2-프로페닐에테르,-1,3-디메틸-5-시클로펜틸옥시피라졸-4-카르보알독심-0-2-플루오로-3-(p-클로로페닐)-2-프로페닐 에테르 및 1,3-디메틸-5-(2,2,2,-트리플루오로에틸옥시)피라졸-4-카르보알독심-0-2-플루오로-3-(p-클로로페닐)-2-프로페닐 에테르.
  6. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)로 표시되는 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 헤테로고리 화합물의 제조방법.
    [상기식중, R1은 수소원자이거나 알킬 또는 페닐기이고: R2는 수소원자이거나 알킬 또는 할로알킬기이며: R3은 수소원자이거나 알킬 또는 페닐기이고: R4및 R5은 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며, 수소원자 또는 알킬기이며: Y는 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며, 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이거나, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕실 또는 할로알콕실기이고; R6은 알킬, 할로알킬, 알케닐, 할로알케닐, 알키닌, 할로알키닐, 알콕시알킬, 알킬티오알킬 또는 시클로알킬기이거나,(식중, V는 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며, 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이거나, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕실 또는 할로알콕실기이다)이며; Z는 산소 또는 황 원자이고; m 및 n은 각각 1~5의 정수이며;W는 할로겐 원자이다.]
  7. 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)로 표시되는 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 헤테로고리 화합물의 제조방법.
    [상기식중, R1은 수소원자이거나 알킬 또는 페닐기이고: R2은 수소원자이거나 알킬 또는 할로알킬기이며: R3은 수소원자이거나 알킬 또는 페닐기이고:R4및 R5은 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며, 수소원자 또는 알킬기이며: Y는 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며, 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이거나, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕실 또는 할로알콕시기이고, R6은 알킬, 할로알킬, 알케닐, 할로알케닐, 알키닐, 할로알키닐, 알콕시알킬, 알킬티오알킬 또는 시클로알킬기이거나,(식중, V는 각각 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며, 수소 또는 할로겐 원자이거나, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕실, 할로알콕실기이다)이며; Z는 산소 또는 황 원자이고; m 및 n은 각각 1~5의 정수이다.]
  8. 활성 성분으로 살충적, 살비적 및/또는 살진균적 유효량의 제 1 항의 화합물과 불활성 담체 또는 희석제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 살충성, 살비성 및 살진균성 조성물
  9. 활성 성분으로 살충적, 살비적 및/또는 살진균적 유효량의 제 1 항의 화합물을 해충, 진드기 및/또는 곰팡이가 번식하는 지역에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 해충, 진드기 및/또는 곰팡이의 방제 또는 제거방법.
  10. 제 1 항의 화합물의 살충제, 살비제 및/또는 살진균제로서의 용도.
  11. 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)로 표시되는 화합물.
