Claims (13)

  1. 이동체의 자립형 위치 측정 정보를 취하기 위한 자립형 측정수단(24∼26), GPS를 구성하기 위해 배열된 여러개의 인공위성에서 전송된 GPS항해 데이터에서 GPS형 위치 측정 정보를 취하기 위한 GPS형 위치 측정 수단(21∼23), 교정 신호를 생성하여 GPS형 위치 측정 데이터에 따라 자립형 위치 측정 수단(24∼26)에 입력하는 것에 의해 교정된 자립형 위치 측정 정보가 자립형 위치 측정 수단에서 유도되게 하는 교정수단(28), 상기GPs위치 측정 정보의 수용 조건에 따라서 교정된 자립형 n이치 측정 정보와 GPS형 위치 측정 정보의 하나를 취하는 것에 의해 이동체의 현재 위치를 결정하기 위한 현재 위치 결정 수단(27), 이동체가 이동하기 위해 필요한 지도 정보를 미리 저장 하기 위한 지도 정도 기억 수단(31), 현재 위치 결정수단(27)의 출력과 지도 정보 기억 수단(31)에서으 l지도 데이터를 중첩하여 이동체의 현재 위치를 표시하기 위한 표시 수단(29,30)을 포함하는 이동체를 위한 GPS/자립 결합형 항법 장치.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 GPS형 위치 측정 수단이 상기 여러개의 인공위성에서 전송된 항해 데이터를 수신하고 GPS 인공위성 신호를 출력하는 안테나(21)에서 유도된 GPS 인공위성 신호를 처리하여 GPS 항해 신호를 얻는 GPS 수신부(22), GPS 위치 측정 정보를 얻도록 GPS 항해 신호를 연산하는 위치 측정 연산부(23)을 포함 하는 GPS/자립 결합형 항법 장치.
  3. 측허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자립형 위치 측정 수단이 이동체의 방위를 검출하는 방위 센서(24), 이동체의 주행 거리를 검출하는 주행 거리 센서(25), 자립형 위치 측정 정보를 얻도록 방위 센서 출력과 주행 거리 센서 출력을 처리하는 자립형 위치 검출 장치(26)을 포함하는 GPS/자립 결합형 항법 장치.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 이동체의 자립형 위치 측정 정보를 취하며, GPS형 위치 측정 정보에 따라 교정 신호를 생성하고, GPS 위치 측정 정보의 수용 조건에 의해 상기 교정된 자립형 위치 측정정보의 하나를 처리하여 이동체의 현재 위치를 결정하도록 마이크로프로세서(100)을 사용하는 GPS/자립결합형 항법 장치.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제4항에 있어서, 마이크로프로세서(100)을 초기화하도록 초기화 신호를 생성하는 조작키(32)를 포함하는 GPS/자리 결합형 항법 장치.
  6. 특허청구의 범의 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현재 위치 결정 수단이 3개 이상의 인공위성에서 동시에 송신된 GPS항에 데이터를 수신할 때, 상기 GPS형 위치 측정 정보를 처리하는 것이 의해 이동체의 현재 위치를 결정하는 GPS/자립 결합형 항법 장치.
  7. 그로발 위치 측정 항법 장치를 구성하기 위해 배열된 여러개의 인공위성(10)에서 전송된 GPS항해 데이터로부터 GPS형 위치 측정 정보를 취하기 위한 GPS형 위치 측정 수단(21,22,80), 차량의 자립형 위치 측정 정보를 취하기 위한 자립형 위치 측정 수단(24,25,82), 각각의 GPS형 속도 데이터와 자립형 속도데이타를 얻도록 GPS형 위치 측정 수단에서의 GPS형 위치 측정 정보와 자립형 위치 측정 수단에서의 자립형 위치 측정 정보의 양쪽을 처리하는 위치 측정 데이타 처리 수단(61), 위치 측정 데이타타 처리 수단(61)에서 유도된GPS형 속도 데이터를 일시적으로 저장하는 제1의 메모리 수단(63), 위치 측정 데이터 처리 수단(61)에서 유도된 자립형 속도 데이터를 일시적으로 저장하는 제2의 메모리 수단(64), 제1의 메모리수단(63)에서 리드된 상기 GPS형 속도 데이타와 제2의 메모리 수단(64)에서 리드된 상기 자립형 속도 데이터를 비교하여 속도 비교 데이터를 얻는 비교 수단(85), 속도 비교 데이터가 임계 속도를 초과하는지 아닌지를 판단하여 차량의 현재 위치를 결정하도록 상기 GPS형 속도 데이터와 자립형 속도 데이터의 하나를 처리하기 위한 현재 위치 결정 수단(86), 차량이 항행하기 위해 필요한 지도 정보를 미리 저장하는 지도 정보 기억 수단(31), 현재 위치 결정 수단(86)의 출력과 지도 정보 기억수단(31)에서으 l지도 데이터를 중첩하여 차량의 현재 위치를 표시하기 위한 표시 수단(87,30)을 포함하는 차량 GPS/자립 결합형 항법 장치.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서 또, 각각의 GPS형 가속도 데이터와 자립형 가속도 데이터를 얻도록 GPS형 속도 데이터와 잘비형 속도 데이터의 양쪽을 처리하는 위치 측정 데이터 처리 수단(61), 상기 GPS형 가속도 데이터와 상기 자립형 가속도를 비교하여 가속도 비교 데이터를 얻는 상기 비교 수단(85), 가속도 비교 데이터가 임계가속도를 초과하는지 아닌지를 판단하여 차량의 현재 위치를 결정하도록 상기 GPS형 가속도 데이터와 자립형 가속도 데이터의 하나를 처리하기 위한 상기 현대 위치 결정 수단(86)을 포함하는 차량 GPS/자립 결합형 항법 장치.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기 자립형 위치 측정 정보는 상기 GPS형 위치 측정 정보가 GPS형 위치 측정 수단(21,22,80)에 의해 취해질 때 동시에 취해지는 차량 GPS/자립 결합형 항법 장치.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기 자립형 위치 측정 정보는 대응하는 GPS형위치 측정 정보가 GPS형 위치 측정 수단(21,22,80)에 의해 취해지기 전에 취해지는 차량 GPS/차량 결합형 항법 장치.
  11. 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기 GPS형 위치 측정 수단이 상기 여러개의 인공위성(10)에서 전송된 GPS항해 데이터를 수신하고 GPS 인공위성 신호를 출력하는 안테나(21), 안테나(21)에서 유도된 GPS인공위성 신호를 처리하여 GPS항해 신호를 얻는 GPS 수신부(22), GPS 위치 측정 정보를 얻도록 GPS항해 신호를 연산하는 GPS 위치 측정 연산부(23)을 포함하는 차량 GPS/자립 결합형 항법 장치.
  12. 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기 자립형 위치 측정 수단이 차량이 방위를 검출하는 방위 센서(24), 차량으 l주행 거리를 검출하는 주행거리센서(25), 자랩형 위치 측정 정보를 얻도록 방위 센서 출력과 주행거리 센서 출력을 처리하는 자립형 위치 검출 장치(82)를 포함하는 차량 GPS/자립 결합형 항법 장치.
  13. 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기 현재 위치 결정 수단이 3개이상의 인공위성(10)에서 동시에 송신된 GPS항해 데이터를 수신할 때, 상기 GPS형 속도 데이터를 처리하는 것에 의해 차량의 현재 위치를 결정하는 차량 GPS/자립 결합형 항법 장치.
