Claims (11)
- 높은 굴절율을 가지는 광학물품의 제조용 액체 및 중합가능한 물에 있어서; (A) 다음의 일반식(Ⅰ)로 정의되며, 방향족 그룹을 포함하는 디올의 단위체, 필수적으로 단위체인 탄산-디알릴의 30 내지 65중량% :이식에서 : R는 다음에서 선택된 방향족 그룹을 포함하는 디올의 라디칼 :R'는 다음에서 선택된 라디칼이고 :X눈 H : C1 : Br 또는 할로겐화한 비카르복시 방향족산의 디알릴-??에스테르에서 각각 선택되고 ;(B) 오르토프탈산 디알릴 : 이소프탈산디알릴 : 테레프탈산디앙릴 : 시아누르산 트리알릴 및 이소시아 누르산 트리알릴에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 반응성 및 비-활로겐화한 단위체의 15 내지 65중량%:(C) 일반식(Ⅱ)로서 정의될 수 있는 올리고머의 필수적으로 올리고머의 디에틸렌글리콜의 비스(알릴탄산염)의 5 내지 40 중량% :이식에서 R"는 디에틸렌글리콜의 라디칼이고; 그리고 n는 2 내지 5의 범위에 포함하는 값 또는 평균치를 가지고; 이 조성물을 추가로 성분(A)(B) 및 (C)의 총중량의 각 100중량부담 2 내지 8중량부의 유리기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 및 중합 가능한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 디알릴탄산염과 방향족 그룹을 포함하는 디올의 각각의 몰비가 6/1이거나 그 이상으로된 반응생성물이고, 그리고 디알릴탄산염과 방향족의 디올의 올리고머를 최고 30중량% 까지 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 그룹을 포함하는 디올이 1.1-이소프로필리덴-비스(4,4'-히드록시에틸벤젠)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)로서의 방향족 비카르복시산의 디알릴에스테르를 테트라클로로프탈산-디알릴에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 이소프탈산 디알릴 또는 테레프탈산 디알릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 디알릴탄산염과 디에틸렌글리콜의 상호 몰비가 대략 2/1로된 반응생성물이고 그리고 30-40중량%이상의 단위체(일반식(Ⅱ)에서 n=1)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)를 35 내지 60중량% ; 성분(B)를 25 내지 50중량% 그리고 성분(C)를 5내지 25중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리기 개시제가 성분(A),(B) 및 (C)의 총중량의 각 100중량부당 3 내지 7중량부의 양으로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성몰.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리기 개시제를 디이소프로필퍼옥시2탄산염 : 디시클로헥실-퍼옥시2탄산염 : 디-2차-부틸-퍼옥시2탄산염 : 과산화디벤조일 그리고 3차-과안시기향산염으로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물,
- 제1항에 있어서, 안정제, 해방제, 염료, 암료 U.V. 또는 I.R 흡수재에서 선택한 하나나 그 이상의 첨가제(들)를 성분 (A)(B) 및 (C)의 합계의 각 100중량부당 1중량%를 초과하지 않는 총량으로 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항의 액체 및 중합가능한 조성물의 중합에 의해서 수득하고, 높은 굴절율을 가지는 광학물품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
