Claims (6)

  1. 알루미늄, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 스트론튬, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 크롬, 텅스텐 및 몰리브텐으로 구성되어 있는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속의 음극석출 반응에 의하여 석출된 화합물이 금속으로서 0.002내지 10중량%의 양만큼 아연 또는 아연합금의 전기도금에 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 복합도금 금속재료.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 다수의 미세한 기공이 전기도금층에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 복합도금 금속재료.
  3. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 금속은 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 복합도금 금속재료.
  4. 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속재료인 강인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 복합도금 금속재료.
  5. 금속재료상에 아연계 복합도금을 하는 방법에 있어서, 0.01내지 20g/l의 Al3+이온을 함유하고 있는 산성 아연도금액중에서 캐소우드로서 상기 금속재료를 사용하여 전기분해를 시행함으로써, 아연 또는 아연계 합금의 도금층에 알루미늄화합물을 공석출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 복합도금 금속재료.
  6. 금속재료상에 아연계복합도금을 하는 방법에 있어서, Al3+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Sr2+, Ti4+, Zr4+, Cr3+, Mo6+, 및 W6+로 구성되어 있는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속이온과 산화제를 함유하고 있는 산성 아연 또는 아연합금 도금액중에서 상기 금속재료를 캐소우드로서 사용하여 전기분해를 시행함으로써, 아연 또는 아연합금의 석출과 동시에 상기 적어도 하나의 금속의 이온을 공석출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 복합도금 금속재료.
