제1도 및 제2도는 2종의 서로다른 Zn 합금으로 전기도금된 강판에 대한 강판의 P함량과 산세척 시간사이에서 평균박리직경에 관한 관계를 나타내는 그래프.
Claims (9)
- 합금으로 전기도금된 자동차 차체외장용 강판에 있어서, 상기 강판은 합금원소로서 0.02-0.03중량%의 P를 함유하고, Cu,Ni,Cr 및 Mo의 총량이 0.08중량%이하이며, 상기 합금은 Zn이 주성분인 것을 특징으로하는 자동차 차체외장용 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, Cu,Ni,Cr 및 Mo의 총량이 0.01중량%보다 많으나 0.08중량%보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.001-0.06%의 C, 0.10%이하의 Si,0.01-0.40%의 Mn,0.01%이하의 S, 및 0.01-0.1%의 Al을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 강판.
- 제3항에 있어서, Ti,Mb 및 B중의 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 Zn-Ni 합금 Zn-Ni-Cr합금 및 Zn-Fe 합금중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 강판.
- 전기도금된 자동차 차체외장용 강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 합금원소로서 0.02-0.03중량%의 P를 함유하며 Cu,Ni,Cr 및 Mo의 총량이 0.08중량%이하인 강판을 산세척하고 산세척된 강판을 아연합금으로 전기도금하는 것을 특징으로하는 전기도금된 자동차 차체외장용 강판의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 산세척은 0.8g/m2이하의 중량손실로수행되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 강판은 0.001-0.06%의 C,0.10%이하의 Si,0.01-0.4%의 Mn,0.01%이하의 S 및 0.01-0.1%의 Al을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 강판은 Ti,Nb 및 B중의 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
